I have quite a bit of idle time before university and am looking into doing a martial art or something similar to supplement the work I'm doing in the gym. Ive been using the Simple Macro Tracker app on IOS and it’s almost perfect but you can’t log meals a couple days in advance. Anyone know an app with these requirements?
-lets you set a goal for daily calories, protein, carbs and fat intake
-lets you log calories, protein, carbs and fats separately
-simple ui (doesnt give you a headache while looking at it)
-lets you log macros for meals for days in advance(example: i know my dinner tomorrow is gonna be 703cals and 40g protein, and i can log it the day before)
-prefferably free (im broke as shit)

I want my excel drop down to display my list as is despite there being both unique and same values. Is there a way to do that? Currently, excel will display all values but group same values together and that is not what I want.
For instance, my list is Row 1 - purple Row 2 - green Row 3 - red Row 4 - purple
I want the order of list to be displayed purple, green, red, purple and not purple, purple, green, red.
Is this possible with name managedata validation?

What's up everyone. I have a 2010 Q5 with the 3.2 I've been trying to sell the car for the longest time and its turning into a money pit. The main issue is a coolant leak that came out of now where. I spent close to $700 on replacing the 2 downpipes in between the intake manifold and the block and the leak continued. I also replaced the thermostat housing and still didn't help. Radiator is in good condition. Point me anywhere at this point because I'm desperate.

2025.01.22 15:55 Montoak Help. I over-exerted my legs during a race and months later I feel like they still haven’t recovered
Looking for some help.
Few months ago I did a 70+ mile race featuring a lot of really steep climbs. I have never done a distance or workload close to this before with my farthest being around 40 miles.
During the race I experienced some of the worst and most excruciating cramps of my life in my quads to the point where I was almost completely immmobile but I pushed through them.
Throughout the last couple months following the race at any given point during the day my legs feel sore and tired even upon waking in the morning, atleast not normal or 100%. Even after taking weeks off of cycling. Just walking up stairs gives my quads a weird off putting soreness and lethargy.
I’m not sure what to do and really want to fix this. Any help is appreciated!

Hello, i've been developing an game engine (app) which includes a text editor ui using opengl, for now im using a single combined font file which covers supports of the characters.
In future, it would be good to implement a feature where user can pick primary font, and the application handles the cases where primary font doesn't support specific characters/codepoints and finds and loads most optimal fallback font from system.
Meaning that the app shouldn't need to come with re-bundled fonts.
For example, as user types chinese character application finds and loads font that covers chinese characters, OR preloads all needed fonts that cover most charactecodepoints. Its all covered in runtime.
There exists freetype "ft2build.h", but their api is confusing AF, i haven't able to figure out how to find optimal fallback fonts, AND im pretty sure it wont work on windows.

I have a 1994 5.0 F-150 but it hates starting in the cold; I've never seen an EFI engine act so much like a carbureted engine, it will fire a few times and then die; and this can go on for a while; I'm wondering if it could be ignition timing or something, because the truck idles a bit rough too. I always dreamed and begged world to get love, because im a homepless romantic. I though that even if im fat and ugly, some guy will notice me and think im pretty. What i got instead? 63 death threats, all from guys.
It made me realize something, first that i will die alone and second, ALL men are disgusting.
Some will insult you in the face and send you death threats because youre unattractive, other will only want you because your a teenager and others will completly ignore you if youre not attractive.
They are all pice of shit, there is no hope in this world.
