I've been seeing advertisements for Joe Ziega and his free voice acting masterclass. It honestly sounds tempting, but also too good to be true. I need to know if anyone has taken this "free" course, and if so is it legit? My all time dream is entertainment, and with 5 surgeries under my belt (1 left knee, 2 right knee, 1 severe lower spine, and 1 throat) my options are limited. Lige til en start, så er jeg meget introvert og har det bedst med at holde mig for mig selv. Samtidig beklager jeg virkelig hvis min tekst virker rodet og usammenhængende, der er sket en del.. Jeg prøver mit bedste at udtrykke mig så godt jeg kan 🤞🏻
Jeg har en nabo der har en underlig adfærd overfor mig, jeg finder det faktisk ubehageligt. Min nabo flyttede ind i sommers og virkede i starten flink nok. Hn snakkede med min kæreste på et tidspunkt og nævnte at hn ingen møbler havde, hvor min kæreste siger at når vi engang flytter og får fundet en ny sofa kan vi eventuelt smide en besked og efterfølgende har personen fundet mig på facebook og skriver ugentligt, nogle gange dagligt til mig. 1 måned efter samtalen med min kæreste skriver hn om vi snart får købt en ny sofa og da jeg skriver at økonomien desværre ikke er der pt, så bliver de skide sure og anklager os faktisk for at have lovet dem en sofa.. Jeg er meget en people pleaser og har altid svaret pænt tilbage, men forsøgt at holde afstand da nogle af mine andre naboer efterfølgende har advaret mig om hn er en nasser og en der starter rygter for sjov.
Problemet er, at hn altid skriver hvis der problemer inde i deres lejlighed som om jeg kan gøre noget ved det, det kan være et ødelagt toilet, at de ikke har råd til ting.. i mean, you get the point - senest i sidste uge skrev hn at der var skimmelsvamp og fugt i hele lejligheden hvor jeg selvfølgelig skriver at det skal de kontakte udlejer omkring. Jeg er ikke meget for at blande mig i hvordan folk bor, men jeg kan se vandet løbe ned af vinduerne og vinduerne ser sjask våde ud indenfor når man går forbi.. Jeg har rådet min nabo til at skaffe sig noget der kan tage fugten og lufte ud… Men så kommer der beskeder med at det er der ikke råd til så problemet vil de ikke gøre noget ved 😅 Altså vi har selv købt en affugter til 1500 da det er en lidt ældre bygning og der nemt kan blive fugtigt, men selvfølgelig har alle ikke den slags penge 😶
Jeg er selvfølgelig bange for at fugten og skimmelsvampen kan komme ind til os, da jeg går meget op i mit hjem.. Kan jeg tillade mig og kontakte udlejer eller er jeg bare nederen? Måske går jeg for højt op i det og skulle være en bedre nabo?

Hi, so i just recently decided to start a TFG because I really enjoyed Gregtech mechanics and I wanted some realistic modpack. I had some experience with TerrafirmaCraft before but I only reached bronze stuff.
I finally found the place where I want to build a base (In plains , climate Tropical Rainforest, avg temp 23, annual rainfall 304) because there is a lot of different useful resources like kaolin clay and etc.
But the issue is that I cant do anything with heat (like making coal , coal forge and etc) because my character will die from heart stroke. Is there some advice yall can give to ensure normal survival in hot region?

i bought my macbook air (m2) in november, literally BRAND NEW. i downloaded lightroom and everything was great until it started freezing up and not letting me close the app. i tried to update the app itself and it wouldn’t do it, so my next guess was to update my whole computer. i can’t do that either because lightroom won’t close and won’t let me “quit” it. now safari is doing the same thing lightroom did and won’t close. i paid a whole lot of money for this thing and i need it for school. somebody tell me now to fix it.
