As the title reads - I’m living vicariously through my campers and their newly constructed tropical resort campsite! I realized I only have one palm tree that I believe I got from a cookie. Would anyone happen to know where to obtain palms?! I see that there’s some palm fronds in the general crafting section but I dont want them in planters!

2025.01.22 20:10 katismyrealname Would a corner TV stand suit this room the best?
I am thinking a corner TV stand might be nice in this space but I love to hear other peoples ides for how to best utilize the space. I recently moved into a new apartment (please excuse some of the mess) and thus far in my adult life have been only been using hand me down furniture from family members or cheap target furniture to simply fill a need. Now that I am settled in I am looking at actually "designing" the space. A lot of my hand me down furniture is metal/wood so I'm thinking of sticking with that theme as money is tight but I'm open to other design ideas. I have a toddler so that definitely affects my choices a little as I want the living room to be his space too. Thanks!

2025.01.22 20:10 ideal2545 Pre-reqs help for Online MCS-DS
Hey all, I'm software engineering director with a non-cs bachelors. I've been wanting to take a masters program to help bridge the gap and plump my resume up a bit and I came across The online MCS-DS program. I've read its a good bridge program for non-cs majors and if you push it can be completed in under a year.
Question about the pre-reqs, it states that for a non cs background "... must have prerequisite coursework or commensurate experience in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, linear algebra, and statistics/probability."
I obviously have experience in this field and can get other fellow directors or my VP for a recommendation letter but should I do anything else to help boster my application? The math classes it's been a number of years but practical experience I have no doubt.
I ran across this: https://www.coursera.org/specializations/cs-fundamentals would this help?
I've also completed the CS50x and AI courses from Harvard some time ago... is that enough to help push my application over the top? App deadline is October so I have some time...

I’m having a little trouble programming a custom key the way I want, so I think I need some help.
I have a custom key which is outputting ‘qu‘, that I do with a call to the SEND_STRING macro in the process_record_user.
Now that work well with lower case, but I would like to output ‘Qu‘ when I shift the key, an ‘QU’ when I am in capsword.
Here is what I have so far: ```c bool shift_pressed = false;

Any idea on what I‘m doing wrong?

Hello, coming for a stag for 3 days 2 nights, flights and accomodation all booked, but some of the group are asking how much spending money to bring? Any advice, will be plenty of booze but trying to avoid temple bar, and not planning too many paid activities either.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the water colour under a bridge from the default shallow blue. In scenario editor when you place a bridge over a brown river, for example, it looks fine in editor but then in game play the water under the bridge is blue so doesnt match the water around it.

So I got my bisalp on 1/16 (about a week ago) and am recovering well. I would normally be approaching my period in 4-5 days, but have seen a mixture of information on what might happen for the first cycle after the surgery. Specifically, I was just about ready to ovulate on the day of the surgery. The surgeon actually showed me a picture of the follicle ready to rupture, it was really cool.
So I was wondering if anyone had specific experience with their first cycle post-op in this situation, more specifically the timing? I've read some women saying it "skipped" their first cycle after the surgery then hit hard on the next one, sometimes without warning. I'll be traveling cross country in a couple days and don't want to be caught off guard. I'll certainly prep for my cycle as normal, but any extra info would be a big help!
