I was initially hired as a fed just over 3 years ago under Schedule A. About a year and a half ago (before I was converted to competitive), I started a new job, also hired as Schedule A. That "reset the clock" on my probationary period. Given the directive to come up with lists, I'm trying to figure out if a) I'm on it and b) what to do.
I have over 2 years of federal service (nullifying one of the two requirements to make the list) but I'm not sure what that counts for. How real is the possibility that they lay off up to 10s of thousands of people because they have disabilities? Or hundreds of thousands of people because they just recently started a job. I don't see any way they start firing the folks who had veteran's preference, but who knows?

'20 SX Prestige.. I feel like after a recent maintenance run (and maybe software update or battery disconnect?) the remote start functionality has changed. When I select my 'Custom Settings' option which is max heat/defrost and heated steering wheel.. the heated steering wheel does not turn on.
Any thoughts on where I can look inside the infotainment menu or something to see if a setting has changed?

What is your routine for success using this grow method? Do you just pre mix pots based off what Gaia recommends and top dress every 30 days? Do you top dress 7-10 days before 30 days to adjust for the time it takes to make nutrients available for uptake? Do you continue top dressing 4-4-4 in flower or atleast the top dressing once you flip to flower? Is any other products besides these absolutely necessary?
I’m just trying to gauge what other growers are doing who use this recipe. I like growing organic and doing the bare minimum so just trying to really get my system down. I started off in coco but switched to pro mix after reading it was a better way to go in this grow style, I was having some issues with cal mag and apparently its due to the coco. Also do you use any other products that are necessary? I have a bottle of cal mag that I’m starting to use right before bud development. I started off watching MR. CANUCKS GROW before I started growing and kinda got dupped into thinking I literally only needed dry ammeneds castings and water when dry, which has been working well but still want to hear what other growers use on top of these products.
