I am looking for a new slimline 7.1 AVR to replace my Marantz NR1603 with a 4K capable version.
I was disappointed to see that Marantz now only offers an expensive $1200 7.2 Cinema 70S or a $599 5.2 NR1510, no more 7.2 NRx series. It looks like the NR1711 was the last in the NR series that offered 7.2.
For current production items I've only found the $800 JBL MA710 that fits the height criteria. Or I can buy a new old stock or grey market NR1711 of eBay for ~$800.
Any suggestions?

It seems that the only thing that gets posted here about "leftists" is that they are actually all antisemitic and we as Jews have no side to turn to. But I want to say from my long experience as a Jewish leftist, that isn't true in the slightest.
Leftists are the ones by far the most concerned about the rising fascism that has put Nazis in power. Any actual leftists have zero tolerance for antisemitism- and just because you can always find one or two assholes at a rally, or on social media, that does not taint the entire movement. Inclusiveness is a central tenet. And that includes being welcoming to Palestinians and hearing their voices in this moment.
Likewise, you HAVE to be able to divorce criticisms of Israel's government and military with antisemitism. I'm criticizing the US now, do I "hate America"? Should I be shunned? I'm critical of Israel, does that mean that I'm not a "real" Jew? It's the same tired rage bait the right has used for decades to divide and break down the left and everyone else in their way- paving the way to total control of the levers of power.
Please, I'm begging you. We have to stick together and unite against the rising tide of fascism. The richest man on earth is a Nazi, and he has an office in the white house. And Trump is pardoning and elevating every antisemitic conspiracy-spewing person imaginable. They're already coming for immigrants and trans people, you know what happens next.
The left are not your enemies and "centrists" that hand-wave this all away as overblown are not your friends.

 | This is the clan boss team I've been using for a while. I can successfully 1 key nightmare on any affinity, and I've done ultra nightmare with 3 keys. I'm attempting to speed tune my team around Helicath now, so that his block damage protects them from both aoe attacks instead of just the first one. Here's my problem.. I'm afraid to use Elva because her A2, which is unfortunately necessary for the demon lord's stun, comes with a 30% speed boost, and I don't want that to throw off the tune. I'm including my legendary champion roster, and a roster of champions with block debuffs. The 2 with the shortest cooldown are Opardin Clanfather (4 turns) and Madame Serris (3 turns). Unfortunately, neither of them can revive. In that situation, Helicath's shield would likely protect the stun target from dying until around turn 50 (depending on the defense and HP of the target) but they would ultimately be a permanent loss due to the gathering fury passive. I would prefer to structure the team around my Demonspawn faction unity champions because Vulkanos Fumor hits hard as hell, and obviously Prince Kymar is valuable for his buff strip and skill reset. However, if I would be more successful with a different team, please let me know. Also, I did not include epics in my roster because I have no epics ready for the clan boss besides Madame Serris. I got a positive on 10 dpo this cycle and went in for an HCG beta on 11 dpo. My HCG came back at 18. Today (48 hours later) it only rose to 26. My nurse wants me to come back again in 48 hours. Any success stories with low rising HCG like this?
I am definitely guarding my heart and preparing for a chemical as I’ve had one in the past.

Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, I'm pretty lost on this topic at the moment, so I would be very happy if someone could help me.
I had a spermiogram done at the beginning of 2024, which had values that were okay (not great, but okay). I then had a spermiogram done in the middle of 2024, which had much worse values, and now I had a new spermiogram done 2 days ago, which says that I have virtually no live sperm.
How can it be that the values are deteriorating so quickly? I also went to the urologist, who palpated and examined but didn't find anything.
I am 28 years old, have a normal lifestyle, am not obese or immobile. The first spermiogram was from a urologist, the second and third were from a fertility clinic. I have the feeling that something is wrong with the spermiograms from the fertility clinic, but maybe that's just wishful thinking...

By ground up I mean that there is no board level design done yet, so I am completely flexible in MCU and software architecture. I want to keep this question generic as I am interested in hearing from more experienced folks if they have had to make this decision and how they went about it, rather than asking what I should do in my application.
For mine I am leaning towards Linux, since I am most comfortable in that programming environment and since I believe there will be better tools available for implementing an attractive UI on my display. But for a microcontroller with an RTOS or bare metal programming I can see advantages in cost and speed.

Pilot Custom LE Red & Black - F nib - Condition: [C]
This is a celluloid pen. The 3d look of the red parts and the way it catches the light makes it quite beautiful in a way the photos don’t really capture. The Custom LE was a series of Pilots, that rereleased the older Namiki Impressions line. They have a similar shape to other Pilot Customs, and these models have a 14k size 5 Pilot nib. They are perfect for if you like Pilot nibs but want a more interesting body.
This one has an F nib that is as smooth as you would expect for a Pilot, with a date code of A1198.
I would rate the condition as C. There is a small scratch on the cap and has microscratching consistent with an older pen, but there is no dings, dents, major damage, or issues with the nib.

Pilot Custom LE Brown & Black - SF nib - Condition: Unused
This is another Pilot Custom LE, but with something unusual: it is the only one I’ve ever seen for sale to have a soft nib. Most others I’ve seen have a F or sometimes a M nib. The nib might be a transplant from another pilot by previous owner, as some sources suggest this model was not made with a soft nib. It is also unused - it is the only pen here that I have not at least dip tested. The celluloid has a lot of beautiful brown marbling. Date Code is 512.
Pen is unused and has no major damage, though does have some microscratching as it is an older pen.

Platinum 3776 Light Briar Wood - M nib - Condition: [B]
This is a lovely Platinum 3776 in Light Briar wood. Nib is a standard and good 14k Platinum 3776 nib. It’s a little heavier than a Resin 3776 and a little longer, and but is not a heavy pen, and feels much better in the hand. Box can be included but may raise shipping price.
Pen is used and in good condition, with no dents, dings, or cracks. I would rate it as a B.

Pilot Custom 74 Pen and Mechanical Pencil Set - Dark Green with Handmade Lacquer and Shell - M nib and 0.5 mm Pencil
This is a Pilot custom 74 pen and pencil set that has a handmade black lacquer overlay with shell powder. The pen has a 14k size 5 Pilot M nib with date code B594. The nib writes well, and it feels slightly drier than other Pilot nibs I’ve used.
I believe both were unused except for my dip test and short writing test for the pencil. Box can be included, though this may raise shipping price.
The conditions are very good on both, except a small scratch on the back of the pen that might be an intentional artist’s signature; it’s not noticeable either way.

We are aware that there is some sort of matchmaking issue with Valve servers right now, thanks to the influx of posts asking about it. This is NOT a client side issue as far as we can tell, so there is nothing players can do to correct the problem. Valve is working on fixing the problem.
