Hey there!
I have been on 12.5 my for the last month, however my reauthorization just went through and I had a short break in medication. I was having issues with the pharmacy so I took a 10mg I had left.
Now it looks like I have to get moved up to 15 because insurance was only covering 1 month of 12.5.
Will taking a 10 mg this week and then moving to 15 mg next week really mess me up? I was on a whole month of 12.5 previously.
Any insight would be so helpful! Thank you 💙

In July 2023 my husband passed away suddenly (check my post history and Thankyou for those who messaged support during that time)
My relationship had not been in a good place and we had not had sex in years. I had remained faithful. When he passed I eventually started meeting people but always said I wanted no strings.
I started seeing more and more of this one guy. I explained at the start my situation and I wasn't ready to commit to a monogamous relationship any time soon.
We are still seeing each other and I do have a lot of feelings for him. However I do occasionally like to play with others or go to the sauna. When I say occasionally I mean once every couple of months I meet someone or visit the sauna.
He's always been supportive and he is obviously allowed to do his thing too if he wants.
Recently tho he has started asking my reasoning behind my need to do this occasionally.
I try explaining that my previous relationship had ended in a bad place and I guess I felt cheated of a decent sex life.
I'm struggling to put into words why I feel like I want to continue doing this and why I just don't want to be monogamous.
Any advice appreciated bro's

2025.01.22 18:10 TubeSeries Experiences with Conservative Treatment of Moderate ACL Tear
Hi all,
MRI confirmed I have a moderate grade (50%) tear of my ACL. The ACL is still attached at both ends. The doctor's manual test indicated it does feel loose. I feel no instability when doing day to day movements (I know that doesn't mean I am good to go).
What I am asking the group: I would like to hear stories/experiences from people who have had partial tears and gone the conservative route. Did you end up reinjuring/fully tearing it? More importantly would love to hear from people on whether the ACL healed? I know every injury is different, just looking for perspective.
Additional details below for those that care. Thanks!
My doctor and I agreed on plan that includes PT and rehab with another MRI in three months to assess if the ACL has begun healing or not. I am able to walk normally and have come to terms with the fact that my activities of choice (hiking with heavy loads off trail, enduro/DH mountain biking, and skiing) will be something I can't do in the short term or maybe until after surgery. dies a bit inside
I am skeptical it's going to heal and believe I'll eventually have to have surgery even if I don't further injure it. I just simply don't have the time to be laid up at the moment and what's the harm in seeing if this ACL has a shot, given I am going to not do crazy stuff that would injure it fully. I know there's no good time for surgery but there are degrees of bad times for surgery and for me personally right now is a very bad time. Hope that makes sense.

On the 8th of June I have my first ever half Ironman, I am planning a vacation shortly after that, I would like to fly out on 11.06 and my question is, will 2/3 days for recovery be enough for my legs to rest? I plan to go to a physiotherapist for some massage, but I do not know if the break will not be too short. A trip where there will be a lot of walking and sightseeing, so I don't want to complain that everything hurts me

Tagged spoiler because I don't what the hell is going on.
Started this game at Christmas, and yeah I'm hooked. Easily one of my favorite games now. Never played souls, but I guess this is a continuation of those games. Anyway, so I took off exploring and bashing everything and not really paying attention to lore, quests or builds, just having fun, but now I'm far enough were I reset my stats to get serious. Didn't even have a clue about Rannis quest line, until I did the Siofa River before talking to her, and I didn't see Blaidd. Did I screw it up? I've even fought and got my butt handed to me by rahdan. Are there other quests I need to pay attention to and not screw up if I want to get more lore? I think it skipped over Blaidd,selvius, and some sword by playing too much on Caelid. Is that right, and is there anything I can do to get those part of the quests back?
