Want to use this mod for my medieval playthrough since the mine provided by Medieval Overhaul mines a very limited selection of things, but despite creating bills and having a pawn dedicated to mining, it won't mine unless I force it to. Any ideas why this would happen? It doesn't happen with the quarry mod, the Medieval Overhaul mine, or anything else I've used, so at a bit of a loss. I assume this mod works as I don't really see anyone else complaining of this issue, but not sure why it's not working for me.

Has anyone noticed that the covers on the cameras are very loud? It’s so loud that anyone breaking in would absolutely hear it. The other day my kids weren’t answering the phone so I turned. On the camera in the kitchen and it was loud enough that they noticed the camera opening even with the TV on. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose?

I think LocalThunk is brilliant and I'm trying to learn from him to be a better dev myself. Hopefully this earns me the glorious right to participate in discussions about games I like. 2025.01.22 22:03 Impressive-Idea8808 Dragon Dance Gen III
Okay, maybe dumb question, but is the attack boost worth anything on dragon dance in gen III? For example, on Latios I plan to learn only dragon or psychic moves with some support moves. However, both of those damage types in gen III are special damage. So the attack boost wouldn't help, only really the speed boost. So is it worth running over other moves? And for dragons in general, is it just a speed boost and a boost to your non-dragon moves? Or am I missing something.

I just go the news that an old guy I was in school with for few years when we were still kids has just died… he was in his 25, had a tough life (tragedies in his family). I keep asking myself if things could have turned differently for him if only some choices were different… and I wonder if I could have helped him if only when I was younger I would have tried to really be his friend. I wonder why things turned out this way.

The weight of this thing is impressive: 1.5kg... definitely not a travel accessory. But weight = stability, esp. on this model that allows you to adjust the resistance of the hinges. This combination of features allows me to send this post from the kitchen, with my wrists straight and my neck fairly relaxed.
As typing creates some vibration, it works fine for tasks without great visual demands (e.g., mail), but you cannot comfortably create a PowerPoint or edit a video with this setup.
Hence, don't use this (or any other) laptop stand to spend more time on your mobile screens. But if you REALLY need to check XYZ whilst in the kitchen or find a cheap way to stand more, I find this product really well thought through. I'll definitely use it when appropriate.

Hey everyone,
So I haven't had a PlayStation since my PS2. I want to play VR racing games and think GT 7 is the way to go. I don't want to use my PC as a gaming device and I loved GT 3 back in the day and have heard good things about GT 7.
I'd really appreciate some help/advice for my setup. Here are the things I think I'd need:
PlayStation 5
PlayStation VR2
Gran Turismo 7
Steering Wheel
Shifter
Pedals (3 pedal only)
Racing Seat
Headphones
Considerations for suggestions:
My budget for all of this is around $3,000. I want to buy quality equipment, but it doesn't need to be state of the art. I want a very immersive experience, but I don't need something like a 20k motion simulator racing seat. I also want to buy equipment that is well established and respected that hopefully some of you have used extensively.
Additional thoughts:
PlayStation 5 - I think PS5 Digital is the way to go here? I have space, and I don't want discs for this console.
PlayStation VR2 - I think only 1 version of this exists? Not sure if there's anything I should look out for.
Gran Turismo 7 - I'll buy this digital. I assume PS5 has an online app I'd buy it from. Any special versions I should consider?
Steering Wheel - I want it to feel like a real steering wheel. Hoping the size and feel of the wheel is similar to a real car. Feedback from the wheel would be a plus for immersion purposes.
Shifter - I want this to feel like shifting a real car. I'd love it if I can unscrew the shift knob and replace it with a real one from an S2000.
Pedals (3 pedal only) - I'm only interested in driving manual transmission in this game. I am doing this half for fun, and half to get better and racing with a stick shift. The pedals should feel similar to a real car. Not sure if they provide feedback, but if they do, that's a big plus.
Racing Seat - Again, if this feels like a real car when I'm driving, that's what I'm going for. I don't need things like motion simulation, but feeling like I'm in an actual car seat would be ideal. Also, shifter location is important here, I don't want a seat without a dedicated area for the stick shift.
Headphones - I consider this to be a big part of immersion. I would need something that fits nicely and provides feedback of what's going on in the race.
Am I missing anything here? I think I've done a decent amount of research and my budget is reasonable. All feedback is appreciated and welcome!

If you play this game every day, you know that you will only encounter : Lifeline, Mirage & Loba again and again and people's are not ashamed of playing things that give them literally a huge advantage.
I don't see the fun in this "meta", i only died because some have bullsh*t/OP ability, what's is going on at Respawn ? what's next ? giving Loba an extra thicc *ss that destroy the map by pressing Q ?
It's like having a god mode, i wonder why people's keep playing this again and again in a loop without playins anything else, i mean, support class are just no skill and now so much OP that you have hundred of things that give you advantage over anything else (fast revive/health that regen automatically etc)
Did someone still have dignity or originality ? go play something else and use your proper skills !! i'm so bored of always seeing the same meta that come to me and stomp me.

Hey, I am thinking about getting six days in fallujah which is an intense and realistic war game. I find this interesting however I am worried if playing these violent real life war games are eroding my ethical and moral discipline, and i find myself obsessing about these games, just to clarify I am not getting stimulation about the death and danger to to innocent civilians I am concerned whether subconsciously I am progressively getting desensitised to war and could later in my life have negative consequences.
I also believe that playing games about past experiences of others is also unethical and morally wrong.
Any ideas and whether I should or shouldn’t get any more interested in this topic please let me know.
