Howdy, maybe my questions pertains to more specific in-game mechanics, but it involves Xilonen so I'd post it on this subreddit. Let's say I'm fighting an enemy with +20% Cryo resistance with Xilonen (-36% res), C4 Ayaka (-30% res) and Shenhe (-15% res), that gives me like -81% res shred. After lowering their resistance to zero, where those 61% go? Do they convert into some kind of a "buff" or at some point shred overcaps and becomes redundant?

First of all, apologies for the dumb question. I know I am doing something incredibly stupid, but I'm struggling to find an answer across tutorials, Gemini/GPT, etc...
I've created a mask in Fusion which is just an ellipse (inverted) > background node > MediaOut.
On the Edit page, my goal is to have the ellipse allow the interior of the shape to be visible, and everything outside of the shape to be invisible. I want to do this without defining the MediaIn node so that I can use this effect in the edit timeline with any footage that sits underneath it, as if it's a generic mask that can be used anywhere in the edit.
The issue I'm having is when I bring the mask into Edit, the interior of the ellipse functions properly (it allows the footage underneath it to be visible), but the exterior of the ellipse is black. I do have my Viewer background set to checkerboard, and I've also played with all the Composite modes on the Inspector panel for my Fusion clip, but I'm struggling to identify the issue. Again, I know I'm doing something stupid or just thinking about this the wrong way. Any guidance appreciated!

I've always been cloud cost optimising in my more senior and lead capacities, as head of cloud infrastructure or architecting..etc
I'm currently a PreSales Solutions Architect, specifically in the Infrastructure Orchestration domain. I've long lost interest in deep hands-on engineering work and have always been fascinated by finances, business and sales, hence what I am doing now. I've gained a lot of interest in FinOps and am wondering whether this is a "niche" I could pursue, as in a separate service all together.
How's the market like to your knowledge? Are businesses willing to pay for dedicated FinOps "experts", or are they trying to snuggle that in as part of regular Cloud work.
