Hey everybody,
I encountered a weird issue with the combination of using the ffmpeg yuv4mpegpipe with the SvtAv1EncApp encoding app for AV1. Whenever I use the combination, the frame counter in the terminal output starts at 104 and in the final result video these frames look very badly encoded (blurry, artifacts etc.).
Has anyone encountered this issue before? I was able to reproduce it in multiple video files. Also, I validated that it might be a ffmpeg errobug, since when only using SvtAv1EncApp, the first frames get encoded properly. I'm running ffmpeg 7.1 and SVT-AV1-PSY 2.3.0.

2025.01.22 19:20 brain_damaged666 The low hanging fruits for flaming: low scoreboard numbers and not swapping
I've noticed that these are the main things people who want to blame and flame scan for. They glance at the scoreboard for the lowest numbers, or they check to see who hasn't swapped heroes.
There are people out their who play cosmetically, they pad their stats with trash damage or they healbot, or they pick something which can tickle many enemies just before they die like Winston or Moira in order to tell themselves they're better than their DPS. Or if the team is losing, they make sure to pick what is commonly thought to be counterswaps (symm/Zarya into DVA, Reaper into Winston, Brig into Sombra) whether or not they can actually play these characters well but hey they made the cosmetic swapped and picked the correct hero so now they probably won't be flamed, even if it leads to a loss.
I am someone who listens to Spilo, he actively tries to curb his bias and is passionate about coaching, and he says you should play into counters to refine your best heroes. So I do that and by not swapping and playing for distraction instead of padding my scoreboard numbers, I get flamed a lot. I get it, I used to type back a lot, but these days I just simply say "no" when asked to swap and warn people before I report them if they say something "you're dog". Some people go crazy and start lying in match chat to recruit the lobby to mass report me, "he called me n word/threatened me" all because I said "no".
I also watch Arrge on YouTube, Hanzo main who often gets focussed, counter swapped, even stream sniped. And he has a playstyle for dealing with it, basically playing very sneaky, hiding a lot, and honestly just running away and making it expensive to kill him. When the enemy team is that triggered, you can waste their time and attention just by peeking. When I play into counters, especially as Pharah, I often wait until my tank is about to run someone over and then I peek, and like clockwork 2-3 people look at me (often Ana's and Baps) and my tank gets kills and pads their stats for free. But often even if we win I get "you're HEAVY", people think they're carrying me because my numbers are small and I'm counter swapped.
The fact that I have the power to make several of the enemies frustrated enough to swap means I'm getting value. At I tell myself that. But it gets tiring having to report people who go too far in chat. People will accuse you of throwing while they spend the game AFK typing about your every mistake and recruiting the match chat to mass report you. I just refuse to be a stat padder and a cosmetic swapper.

I've never heard of a 5 day notice to vacate. Someone had broke into my house Sunday at 5:50 am by "raking" the key in the lock. I'm not gonna get into the details of that though. The police come and tell me that this same guy has done this a few times recently and the manager is well aware of it and I need to hammer it home to them that it happened again and they need to do something.
I've been very sick so today, Wednesday, I went and spoke to the manager here. Apparently, it happened to someone else after he did it to me, making the grand total of break ins 4. The guy has demeita, but tbh i don't care, this guy will end up getting shot and killed. I held a gun right to his head. But anyways, the manager gave me some confusing run around. She said that he was issued a 5 day notice to vacate. And if he isn't gone within those 5 days, she is going to issue a 14 day notice to vacate. I do not understand this. If you get a notice to vacate and you don't follow it, aren't you gonna have the police at your door? Not get an extension?
Then she said something that really threw me for a loop. If he didn't break into any homes during those 5 days, then they would give the 14 day notice to vacate. Dude, what kind of crap is this? He is a danger to himself and other residents. Mind you, 4 break ins and none of the residents have been notified of this. They're trying to keep it hush hush.
Can someone please explain this to me? You have a guy literally raking locks to get into homes, its happened to multiple people. Many of the residents here are boomers. Yet they're going to be "lenient" on him?

I am looking to redo the siding on my late 1960s house. A neighbor said that we will probably also have to add a base layer since it's old enough for the siding to have been installed without it. Probably looking for wood siding, but I'm open to the recommendation of the contractor.

I have questions about how to deliver thru j&t.
if I have multiple items to be delivered to one person, can i provide and arrange the box and the bubble wrap? If yes, should they check it in their office as i drop off the parcel there? If no, how much would it likely cost for a box and bubble wraps?
I've returned twice na from shopee thru j&t and what they do is that they check the items again even if its tightly wrapped. The shipping of the item back to the seller is free but the materials used for rewrapping the item is not free. Idk if im being bamboozled or thats just how it goes. Question is, cant they just use the bubble wrap i used after they check the item so i dont have additional cost?

So I got this variegated monstera clipping 4 years ago with one single leaf and a chunk of the stem. Started it in water til we had some root growth and transferred it to terracotta pot with great drainage and in some airy tropical blend with the moss and the pearlite stuff etc. Indirect daily sunlight, indoor temps in 50-72 range throughout the year, average probably 68ish. Fertilized semi regularly (6months ish) with ozmocote and occasional gentle kelp stuff. Water every 2 weeks and soil is kept moist. I have a lot of other tropicals that are doing great , including this huge regular monstera i also got from clipping and all soil/light/potting/watefertiliser conditions are exactly the same as this one…. It’s massive and thriving (see pic, it’s 2 ft from the variegated guy) Anyways this thing has literally looked exactly the same for 4 years except that Suddenly this same sad lonely leaf is turning brown pretty rapidly. I transferred it to a larger pot a year ago to see if that would help because the roots have grown a ton and are very healthy. I’ve moved it around the house a bit but not much. What do I do to get this thing to grow?????? Clip the dying leaf or nah? Help.

I'm looking online and getting confused on what bus to book to go from Lillehammer to Rena the day of the race. Our Air B&B is on the edge of Lillehammer closer to the Ski stadium in Lillehammer, so from what I can tell the best Bus to take morning of the race is Lillehammer sigrid u.v to Rena? Do they have any shuttles from the Lillehammer statium? From what I could google online is you get to Rena and then they have shuttles to start line Tingstadjordet. Any inside would be helpful before I book these bus tickets for my dad and I. Thanks

Played this game a LOT of years ago and was on it daily whenever I had spare minutes.
Has anybody else left for years and returned? Do the returning player quests help you get back into it and remember everything.
I was tempted to start again but looking at everything, I've done so much and will take so long to get back there. But I'm worried I won't know what I'm doing.
I think I'm level 121. There's the gumball unlocks and remember what combos work well which would be hard enough. Then there's the airship section of the game. Randomly clicking around I completely forgot about the space bit, and another section for some other upgrades. I must have put hundreds of hours into this.
It would be a shame to start again but there's so much to remember I don't know what to do.

Adicionalmente, se eu entregar a carta (tenho que dar 2 meses) tenho que dizer ao banco nesse período de tempo que aceitei outro emprego, ou basta dar recibos de vencimentos passados?
