So, I dont have access to therapy, and like every time I talk to someone online or irl and want to get to know them I just get this feeling they gonna seek infirmation out just to out me to my homophobic parents, or that theyre gonna stalk me and hurt me. Even worse with all the news lately about whats going on in the US I've been paranoid that trans ppl will be seeked out to be hurt but I DONT EVEN LIVE IN THE US IM IN EUROPE FFS š Like even Im starting to realise how ridiculous I sound-
Also, idk how much it matters but I cant even rly go to therapy alone bc im not over 18 so yeah its definetly not an option for me. Cant tell my parents either bc my father would just tell me to snap out of it bc 'oh these things wouldnt happen' and I cant even tell him that Im trans bc that would get me kicked out
So yeah, some advice would definetly be appreciated

Hi everyone,
Iām 36 years old, female from Slovakia, and currently in remission after being 1.5 years post-chemotherapy. I have breast expanders surgery scheduled in 2 weeks, and while Iām excited to move forward, Iām also a bit nervous about the recovery process.
One concern I have is that I use kratom daily (10 grams per day) its illegal in my country and i buy it from a neighboring country. Iām wondering if this could affect the surgery or my recovery? Should I stop or reduce my intake before the procedure?
If anyone here has experience with surgeries while using kratom, or knows about how it might interact with anesthesia or recovery, Iād really appreciate your insights. Also, any general advice about recovering from expanders surgery would mean a lot to me!
also what should i do after the surgery to prevent withdrawal from kratom should i take it there

My wife and I just adopted an Australian Shepherd two weeks ago. He will be 10 weeks old on Friday, January 24.
We did research before we got him regarding training and found a lot of information, but none of it compiled neatly. We've been working with what we found so far and have had varied success.
Crate training has been going very well. We have him on a strict schedule: one hour in to rest, then outside to pee/poop, then play with him for about 30 minutes (inside or outside depending on his energy level) and throwing in a 5-10 minute training time a couple times a day. Crate training has not been an issue, but the 5-10 minute training windows are what we are struggling with and why I am posting. (Also, his strict schedule gets disrupted when we bring him places, like family's houses, but that hasn't appeared to cause any problems).
So far, sit and stay have sort of been progressing, but we are unsure of when to move on to the next step or even what the next step should be. Should we start the next step before he is completely solid on sit/stay, or wait? Also, we have taken him on some semi-long walks around our neighborhood and the surrounding lakes, but he gets tired after about 30-45 minutes and sometimes he doesn't even want to go on walks.
What I am really looking for is a semi-concrete PDF or Excel spreadsheet manual detailing what to teach at what age level and when to move on to the next step. I understand that all dogs have differing personalities and there is no one size fits all training guide, but a framework that we can work around would be amazing.
Neither of us have extensive dog training backgrounds, but we are intent on training Wilbur to the best of our ability.

An ant (not sure, but most likely) came into my ear while I was sleeping and i was woken up with pain, I panicked and immediately tried to get it with a qtip but failed, now I think its dead. Is it dangerous if I don't get it out? I don't want to go to the doctors just for this. It doesn't hurt anymore btw but I still feel some kind of pressure inside. Please someone answer immediately!

2025.01.22 20:48 Prettymeowgirl New Golden Pursuits takes <2 hrs.
So I woke up this morning and saw new golden pursuit was available. The rewards are actually pretty nice, 100k and 100 transmutes, a statue, and a costume. But I couldn't believe how easy it was. I went to Alik'r for my dolomen and here I got no less than 3 of the pursuits completed because dolomen count as an incursion. I made a few sugar skulls with my passives on and got another complete. Did writs on two characters and got my 10 quests done. Finally used my trial build for the 600K damage on my dummy took like no time at all. I headed to Deshaan and did the public dungeon boss and delve boss, and world boss...all which counted as extra because I had group members. Either is broken or way too easy. I am not complaining though.

Need help identifying a noise
Hello all, Iām an amateur mechanic, Iāve done all the work on my own vehicles except tires for the last 20 years. Been an avid learner about the field and trying to learn diagnostics now. Iāve done plenty of smaller repairs. My biggest solo job to date was a complete timing job on my 5.4 ford expedition motor. But not being a real mechanic, sometimes I donāt know what I donāt know, and I dont donāt have someone in the next bay to ask.
THE QUESTION: 2010 Ford expedition 2wd - sometimes from a stop, and sometimes coming to a stop, I get a clunk. Thought ball joint but front wheels are tight 3-9 and 12-6. Checked all suspension components couldnāt find anything loose. Replaced sway bar end links thinking they were the cause, they werenāt. Pulled driveshaft and greased splines thinking it was the slip joint. Tail shaft in the 6R80 has some play, is this common? Could this be my noise? Iām not 100% confident In my diagnosis. What steps would you take to diagnose this?
