 | Hey all, I just turned 31, and in the last 3 ish years I've had some hormonal issues that I really significantly noticed in my skin and face structure. I've noticed a drop in elasticity and firmness, especially around my mouth and cheeks and eyebrows. I notice that it feels like my eyes are barely even open, as my eyebrows sink and look and feel so much heavier than they used to. Another big area that bothers me is the drooping skin just next to my mouth and chin, I've considered filler to plump up those areas to give a fuller cheek. Another thing to mention is that I have discoloration on my top lip, like a mustache line, or lip liner-ish line. I hear this is also a hormonal issue. (I've never been pregnant btw) I have done Botox on my forehead and between my eyebrows previously as I hate very strong eyebrow and forehead muscles, however, no other treatments have been done. I haven't had Botox in the past year. Since going on medication recently for hypothyroidism (I'm on Synthroid), I've had a medley of skin issues. Dry skin and rosacea are the main ones. I have a strict simple moisturizing routine including Laroche Posey Cicaplast+, I wash with gentle LRP cleanser only in the evening and occasionally slug with castor oil to feel like something is hydrating me. I have used Paulas Choice exfoliator in the past but my cheeks get very mad at me now since Rocasea. I don't wear makeup at all and use Aquaphor for lips, however, they're always peeling and flaky now. Due to hypothyroidism, I've gained about 20 lbs of weight that I can't get off, and I sleep 8 hours per night and still look tired all of the time due to dull, sad skin. Is there anything else you could recommend that I do to get back to a healthy, fresh version of myself? I'm feeling so defeated... 2025.01.22 22:19 Wookiee81 Bit of a rush job on Tags and Trinkets help files, but they are "done"
Less proof reading than normal but these are simple models so I can revisit their layout and content later. Trinkets are very simply and I think I described tags well enough to get a handle on how to make and employ them.
That is me done for a fortnight. I am not taking my laptop with me so no work will get done on the webpage during this time.
Sorry for the time of no updates, but I think I have left enough help files there to get people started on making content for their games more easily... Feedback please if I have not and I can quickly remedy this (organising stuff after the refactor is SOOOO much easier now).
Have a terrific fortnight all, on the work front I have some fixed term contract stuff coming up in a month to help pay the bills. But it is perfect since it is only 2 days a week, so I "should" be able to work on the site simultaneously.

So, I'm currently in bronze for all roles (make fun of me all u want, I play this game solely for fun) and I've noticed recently that my queue times specifically for support are long, regardless of what the expected time says on the role select screen. I'm talking over 20 mins. I understand this happens in higher ranks- but I am literally in bronze. Why is this happening?

Female 37, I had this X-ray taken yesterday, due to having bad lower back and right hip stiffness and pain. My doctor will be on vacation for the next week so I'm not sure when I will get any results back he was thinking I might have sacrolititis I also noticed in the X-ray there might be staples ? I had my gallbladder removed 10 years ago, so I'm assuming its from that. Is anyone able to interpret these X-rays and give me an idea if it is indeed sacroiliitis? Thanks

I just went to my first Broadway show this past weekend and it was incredible! I had the best time. A couple friends and I made the trip to NYC together. I know that the main reason they went was because of who was leading the play though, and not because they are huge fans of theater. How do you meet people that want to see shows? Is there somewhere online for this type of thing?

Cousin started a yt channel and struggled to gain a following. He had done it for about 5 year and got about 20k followers. Yt was paying him about $300 a month for 4 videos. He was wasting his time. A company reached out to him and wanted to see if he would try their product and make a video on it. It worked just as good as the name brand he was using but is significantly less money. For the past 2 years he has been selling 16-25 units per month. He gets paid $1500 commission on each unit. Absolutely blows my mind how easy he can make so much money. Sales is the only business this is possible with. He has little to no money invested in his business. His yt allows him to reach people across the country.
