hi everyone. long story short i moved out on my own last year and didn’t have a lot of help with figuring out taxes. i was dumb and didn’t fully understand it. i filed them but i guess i never actually finished it or submitted them. so i need to do it now.
i did it with turbotax and was able to print out my 1040 form and 540 form (im in CA). but now i need to know where i mail them, and how i mail them. is there a special way to do this?? thank you :) PS turbotax wouldn’t let me e-file or i just would’ve done that.

before anything i just wanna say this is probably gonna be a little long so i'm already sorry in advance also all the names used in this post are fictitious .
For starters i'm a 21 year old guy, ive always been a little shy growing up and always had a small group of friends, ive also always studied in private schools but i wouldnt consider my family to be rich rich yk. Also long story short but before high school started I ended up getting reproved/failed and moved schools.
Ive always had these 3 close friends - Eva, James and Alex, we used to be inseparable, but eventually because i had to move schools we ended up not seeing each other so often. I for once, ofc tried to make friends in the new school but idk there seemed to be some sortta block and they were way more like colleagues rather than friends, i thought to myself that was fine since i still had my ‘real friends’.
Turns out the pandemic came and all of that happened, i ended up getting a new brother (Lucas), all my friends got into major colleges nearby and i dont know what i did or didnt do but we dont rlly talk that much or at all, i guess its fine since people just grow apart but i dont have anyone else.
I really dont know what to do anymore, i dont have anyone to talk to these days or do anything tbh, i guess i got used to my own presence but im not gonna lie it would be cool if i had someone to go to the movies with or to the park and have a good time. And before anything i tried, im not usually the type of guy that goes out clubbing or something like that so i could meet new people though, ive tried in social media too but it didn't work that well either.
Right now i hate how my life is, i don't have any friends, i have to take care of Lucas like im his father since his dad got out of the picture and to make everything better he is autistic and demands a lot of attention, attention that is hard to give when i'm struggling so much with my own things sometimes. I wish i could be in college like anyone else my age or have a normal social life, but instead i'm just stuck at home with my mom and brother, i dont think i can hold on much longer.
