I am currently working with the Lahman Database in SQL Server and more specifically the table I am working with is the ‘Batting’ table. There are many columns but the main ones I am working with is playerid, yearid, and H (short for hits). Back story: Ichiro Suzuki was just elected into the baseball hall of fame. He had 10 consecutive seasons with at least 200 hits. I am trying to find if any other players reached this achievement or who was the closest and how many years did they do it? For example, Pete Rose had 3 consecutive seasons with 200+ hits. Can someone help me with the code for this?

The letter slipped from Drea’s trembling fingers, her legs giving way. Sorin quickly wrapped an arm around her shoulders, holding her upright as she crumpled into his side.
Tears blurred her vision, and through them, she looked up at Sorin, whose expression held a quiet grief. Though he was only a child back then, his affection for his uncle had been real.
She managed to choke out, “W-what does this mean?”
"Shh," Sorin soothed her, bending to pick up the letter and carefully slipping it into her book. “Not here, not now. Let’s get home, then we can talk.”
She nodded, her lips trembling as tears spilled over. Sorin gently wiped them away, wrapped an arm around her waist, and guided her out of the room. They descended the stairs quietly, moving toward the exit.
Just as they reached the door, her mother’s shrill voice called after them, “Leaving already? You haven’t stayed for lunch.”
Sorin’s jaw clenched tightly. Murderous woman, he thought, before turning to face her with a forced smile. “I’d rather have lunch alone with my wife. Thanks.” With that, he steered Drea out the door.
Once they were safely away, he pulled the car to a stop by the side of the road, dropping his head against the steering wheel. “Damn it, damn it, damn it.”
A soft touch settled over his hand, gripping the wheel tightly. Lifting his head, he found Drea’s gaze, shimmering with unshed tears as she tried to hold them back.
“D-do you… think this could really be true?” Her voice trembled with uncertainty.
He reached for the book and retrieved the letter, directing her gaze to its signature. “Look, he signed it. If we can track down some old documents he might’ve signed, we’ll have proof.” He paused, deep in thought. “Dad must have something lying around.” A loud groan escaped him as he pinched the bridge of his nose, tears gathering in his eyes. “Why did my uncle have to be so reckless? He could’ve at least confided in my father and asked for his help! Damn it!”
Drea intertwined her fingers with his, offering a comforting squeeze. “We… we don’t really know what was going on back then…”

Suddenly, Adrian shot up from his seat, his eyes bloodshot and wild. He pulled out his pistol from the holster at his waist, making Drea gasp softly in shock.
“That’s it! That woman is going to pay today. I’ve tolerated her long enough!” He growled, striding toward the door. Drea grasped his wrist, desperately trying to halt him.
“Adrian, no!”

hello, i’m not really sure what subreddit to go to for this so i’m coming here (if anyone has a better subreddit to give me advice on this please let me know)
i signed up for a free trial for the app facetune. when i did, i hit a check box that allows notifications to be sent to me before my trial ends and money gets taken from my account. i got absolutely no notifications from them, until i got an email from my bank today saying i had a low balance.
facetune took $77.99 out of my account for an annual subscription. they gave no email confirmation and no receipt, they gave me no warning whatsoever. i understand it was also my responsibility to pay more attention and cancel it which i take accountability for, but i was not contacted at all after the fact which was against what i agreed to.
have so far contacted both facetune and apple but i have a bad feeling there will be some excuse for them not to give me my money back.
i have screenshots from my bank app that the money was taken out, and an order details from my apple settings, but no proof from facetune itself. is there any way i can get my money back for sure?

Those who played the original ff7 know that we follow jenova shapeshifted into sephiorth for the majority of the game. We only see the real sephiroth during the flashback of nibelheim, encased in mako crystal in the north cave (if anyone can explain this part to me i would apreciate since i do not understand fully why is he there), and obviously at the end in the planets core. Now, since the remake trilogy isnt finished yet we cannot suppose the sephiroth we are seeing during rebirth and remake is jenova. But we can make some theories. In rebirth cloud sees many guys with robes as they are sephiroth. We know these guys are failed SOLDIERs/ infused with jenova cells so it is not crazy tho think that they having jenova cells are shaping into the shape of sephiroth. In the og game it is not entirely stated (i think [?]) if sephiroth is controling Jenova but i do think he does. But in the remake and rebirth we get to fight sephiorth towards the end. Now, it is only a theory of mine but i think is safe to think this is the actual sephiroth, only saying this by the inmensd power he holds. I know jenova is a powerful alien but you guys know what in talking about. I dont think jenova would be able to use the masamune like he does or even cast meteorite or an ilusion of it. Nor do i think she or it can trespass the barriers of other worlds. I do have three branches of things could be posible 1. Sephiroth is the actual Sephiroth the whole time and they do it different than og. Personally dont have any problem with it and kinda like it, since remake and rebirth are complicated stories of their own and would simplify it. 2. Jenova is the sephiroth during rebirth and remake and the fights at the end of rebirth and remake are obly ilussions to deceive us. Kinda to make us break our minds like sephiorth is slowly making into cloud. Zack, the other worlds, were not really there and it is more like a ilussion or metaphysicall battle with jenova/ sephiroths will. Kinda like the last omnislash to sephiorth in the og game. I dont really like this theory that much because it makes zack and the things in rebirth more tragic and dissapointing but i think is a possibilty 3. Sort of a combination between the two and the most likely. The sephiorth we see throughout the game IS Jenova but only at the end we see the real sephiroth. In those battles. It could be also that ilussion/ methaphysicall battle i was talking about. Same theory, other possibility is that during these fights it is also Jenova and she/ it is just that powerful or never explained the difference. In remake i see it kind of odd, but in rebirth it makes more sense since sephiroth fight takes place right after jenova fight, and you know is literally RIGHT AFTER. If you fail during one winged angel sephiroth you go back to jenova, just as if the battle with jenova never ended… Strange isn it?
I was thinking of this seeing back both fights with sephiroth and thinking that it is so strange jenova is that powerful seeing that jenova never does that kind of op stuff like casting meteor during remake or heartless angel, moves that Kefka and Sephiroth do on their god forms. That whole whispers thing also gets me and i NEED more explanation during part 3. I really hope it is explained most things there because i dont need more questions. Let me know what you guys think!

Hello all!
Just need a quick sanity check to know if I'm being overdramatic here.
I belong to an IT team of 2 in a business consisting of ~50 corporate staff and ~800 field staff. I'm a sysadmin + IT support technician and my fellow team member is just an IT support technician.
Upper management are telling us that we need to start collecting user stories around the business and start running projects to replace their software. Basically we'll be tasked with "replace payroll software" (just an example) and we'll need to sit down and interview the payroll department to determine exactly how they do their jobs, book meetings with software vendors, organise trials for the two of us to test the software to see if it fits, then present the software options to the payroll team.
After that we'll be in charge of implementing the software, testing it, and finally hitting go live. The intention is for this to become a regular part of our role in the business and to effectively replace most of our current software across all departments.
This extra work incurs no higher pay and we'll be expected to maintain our current duties on top of this project management work.
Is this unusual? Am I being silly by trying to push back or should we just take on the work?
