I may be paying for the electric bill for the entire triplex. My landlord lives in the other unit, and his mother lives in the small efficiency (converted garage). Our breaker box controls all the electricity in the whole building. I suspect that there is just one meter, which I will confirm.

What can we do here? Do we need to have the city come in and do an inspection and then go from there? I did some basic math and it's ~$2000-$2500 that he would owe me. He's quite the cheapskate so I don't expect him to agree to this.

Brought in my 24 base to a dealership who said my exhaust rattle was considered normal. At low speed it's annoying. Upon startup it is straight up embarrassing. I watched a YouTube video about how to fix on the 22-23 years. Tech at ford told me my truck had that fix built it.
Anyone have any tips on 1/ getting a claim approved or 2 a DIY solution to diagnose and fix?

So it's an all Elf list. Idea was to try and find a way to make Eternal guard at least enjoyable to play. It'll be a mirrored deployment with this, except for the ugly duckling that is the glade guard. Focused deployment around a forest (mine if necessary) to park the Eternal guard in. They fight at a ridiculously high effective leadership when charged, and if I'm lucky enough to roll up earthen ramparts they will be a problem fast. They hang out with between a +5 and +7 base combat resolution, and with a BSB and stubborn, they'll be around for a while. Flanks are screened with Glade riders and Scouts, blocking the frenzy of the wild riders just behind them. Situationally from there whether I hold my position and take pot shots while being approached, or advance the line and support it with tree singing. The whole thing feels overall quite mobile, and can overall kind of pivot and rake across the battlefield...
... oh yeah, the ugly duckling Glade guard! I have no idea where they're going. Honestly, biggest waste of points in this list.

I haven’t bought a significant piece of gear for 2+ years. But I’m very close to pulling the trigger on the Expressive E Osmose; I think it might “work” for me in a way that the ROLI Seaboard didn’t. I’ll mostly be using it with Ableton 12 and various MPE capable software synthesizers.
I’m considering buying a used one from Reverb. I’ve never bought anything from Reverb. Am I somehow screwing myself by not buying direct from the manufacturer?
With NAMM being this week I’ll probably hold off to see if the maker is going to announce a new & improved model (or whatever).
Any comments / advice will be greatly appreciated! Feel free to make my wife happy and talk me out of it.

 | There's a 2:20 minute clip on his Kick, of which only around 50 seconds of it can be played. The clip shows the suspect, identified as a 17-year-old African American male, pulling out a pistol before the recording cut off. The suspect killed a female student and injured another before killing himself. Question:
Does anyone know the advantages and disadvantages of Profibus FDL and DP-DP Communication when comes to 3rd Party Communication between PLCs? I have to present information on Profibus FDL Communication to my team, and I am wondering what we would gain and lose by using Profibus FDL Communication instead of our standard DP-DP Communication (via DP-DP Coupler).
Side Note: we also use PN-PN Communication, but that is not always applicable (especially with dated systems and third parties like NOV who WILL NOT change their ways), and I won't go into details on that.

I moved to Delaware 2 years ago and have bought a few guns while here. I want to get a CCDW permit and have taken the class portion at TSS. I am waiting to complete the other time sensitive steps as I’ve found myself in a pickle. Most of my friends live in Maryland and a lot of my coworkers either live out of state or out of county… I only have 2 out of 5 references and have been struggling to find more. Any suggestions on how to get more references? People have told me to go to my local gun store and ask them but I feel that might lead to some awkwardness if they straight up say no… Thanks

Is there a way to access the root file system on newer versions?
I recently came from a pretty old phone using oxygenOS based on android 9 which i had rooted. My new phone i installed lineageOS 22.1.
Im trying to transfer game saves and files (mostly for emulators, ie duckstation, etc) from old phone to new. But the new phone with lineage, I dont have access to the folders where duckstation stores mem card files and bios files.
So is there a way to access the root file system with read and write access? It seems absurd to not have access to files/folders on a custom rom. I saw you dont support rooting the device with exploits like magisk, which ok, i can understand in some sense. However, what I dont understand, is why lineage doesnt have built in root access itself. Unless it does and im not seeing it? It should be setup, more like linux, where you can have temp root access on demand. Running everything as root has its downsides, so i get that, but why not make it so you can either have temp root access, or just allow access to the file system at the very least? It makes zero sense to lock all the files and folders on the system outside of the downloads and music folders.
