Basic start with nothing, complete tasks to reach next level. Online PC game. Played maybe 12/15 years ago.
Objective, get enough to afford a place on “32 Stun Street” not the actual name, it’s to do with the title. Which I can’t remember.
The premise is silly, but the tasks were fun. First you had to run a little breakfast shop. Frying eggs, bacon fulfilling orders. Then you had to help dictate a letter. I can’t for the life of me remember anything after that.
You’re in a city, and the title is to do with the street you’re trying to get too. Does anyone else remember this game?

Hi all, I’m an occupant listed on a now month to month lease. My former landlord is unresponsive in removing me from the lease despite written notice and notice via voicemail.
The primary tenant still lives at the apartment and will for the foreseeable future.
My goal is to be removed from the lease as an occupant and recover my security deposit since the tenant will still live there for some time. This is in CA.

I’ve been researching good e-bikes over the past two days. I’m 1.80m tall (5’9” for those in the U.S.), and I live in France, where the maximum motor power allowed is 250W. However, I’ll need a bike with more power to handle hill climbs, so I won’t strictly comply with those regulations. My main requirement is that the bike shouldn't look too much like a motorbike to avoid attracting unwanted attention from law enforcement.
Initially, I came across the Ridstar Q20 Pro. At first glance, it seemed like a great option—powerful and capable. However, I have concerns about the reliability of its batteries. From what I’ve read, Samsung batteries are a better choice for durability and performance. Another issue with the Q20 Pro is its design, which looks too much like a motorbike. While I didn’t think this was a big deal at first, upon reflection, it might be risky, even though I live in the countryside.
The second option I found is the MG740PLUS, which seems to fit my needs perfectly. The only drawback is that it comes with a throttle for acceleration, and I’m pretty sure that feature isn’t legal for bicycles in France.
