 | Some of my pickups from last year. I rotate between the 15mm octagonal amulets (tiger’s eye, onyx, lapis lazuli) based on my outfit. I think the tiger’s eye might be my favorite but I would never say that in front of them 🫢 I was rocking two pendants on one chain for a while but decided recently to bite the bullet and get the second chain. I think the look is slightly cleaner and worth the price tag. Both are 2.7mm box chain, 22in. Gostaria de pedir uma ajuda aqui para evoluir nos treinos para o TAF de concurso para PM. Preciso de ajuda em dois exercícios, sendo estes a corrida de 2400m em 12 minutos (teste de Cooper) e a barra fixa.
Na corrida de 2400m preciso de dicas para evoluir na corrida e conseguir atingir esta distância em 12 minutos. Comecei a treinar recentemente, em minhas duas primeiras corridas obtive, em média, 1800m em 12 minutos. Como aumentar a distância neste tempo? Sinto que preciso melhorar minhas respiração, pois fico ofegante rapidamente, tendo dificuldades para controlar minha respiração.
Sobre a barra fixa, hoje não consigo fazer nenhuma repetição, apenas puxar um pouco, entretanto, bem pouquinho. Como posso evoluir na barra fixa para buscar minha primeira repetição? Posso treinar barra fixa todos os dias?
Algumas observações:
- Tenho 1,75m de altura e 78kg de peso
- Estou treinando há pouco tempo, por volta de 1 mês que iniciei meus treinos na academia
- Estou controlando minha alimentação, contando as calorias e já estou percebendo difrenças no peso

Small background on the dashboard. I don't like Elon, but I do love Tesla's and electric vehicles. In October 2024 I created a small survey to Tesla owners to find out some general questions (color choice, interior, model / trim, issue, financing and a few others)
I currently have 186 entries, which I know is a small dataset, but I am very happy to have collected all of these from real owners.
I love data and making dashboards, even though I am very new to tableau I understand concepts fairly well. What would you do differently about my dashboard. (still pretty crude)

In the anime (Boruto Episode 8), the movie character Kagemasa (real name Gongorō Kamakura) has a dōjutsu called the Magan, which grants him the ability to paralyze individuals through sight alone. This ability was only displayed in the on-screen movie.
Are there any fics in which the Magan is an actual dōjutsu and someone has it (No SI-OC gamer system fics though)?

We've seen a lot of fics trying to give the Uzumaki a dōjutsu. Perhaps this could be it. Or maybe, instead of Negative Emotion Sensing, the Magan is the power Kurama's host receives upon sealing.

I believe I have a 1948 case through GM -- she had two marriages, so her citizenship gets a little confusing to me. For clarity: GM = grandmother GMH1 = her first husband (not my GF) GF = her second husband (my GF)
All three born in Italy (1893, 1895, 1900, respectively). All three came to America (1902, 1913, 1907, respectively).
Here's the timeline once in the states: 1) 1918: GMH1 naturalizes 2) 1919: GM marries GMH1 3) 1922: GMH1 dies 4) 1923: GM marries GF, who has not yet naturalized 5) 1930/33: GF naturalizes 6) 1938: Father is born
I'm assuming my GM lost her citizenship in step 2, but regained when marrying an Italian citizen in step 4. If that's the case, then I'm assuming I have a 1948 case with GM>F>Me.
However, I've also read that Italy doesn't recognize a woman loses citizenship via marriage prior to 1922... so maybe GM never lost citizenship in step 2??
Does that track? If so, any idea which docs would be necessary? I'm not sure how much of GMH1's info, I need (marriage cert? death?).

In one of my classes, we had a “café”event for teachers, serving them tea, coffee, and refreshments for about 6 hours.
There’s a classmate I wanted to befriend because of their engaging conversation style.
In class, I’m anxious & don’t speak much, but during this, I actually found the courage to. ——— While we were watching the teachers to see if they needed any assistance, I first said something to them.
⚪️ They joked about me looking serious, saying that every time they looked over at me, I had an expression that was like I was going to get a mugshot, which made me laugh. It felt like they were paying attention to me, and when they gave me eye contact, I couldn’t stop smiling!
⚪️ After that, there wasn't much, but they mentioned the chorus (other students) behind us were good at singing.
——— There might be more because I can't fully recall.
We had a break like a few days after. Now it's been almost a month back in school.
I really want to befriend them, but I have no chances. We don't sit near each other and rarely have a chance for interaction.
They also have friends that they always speak to.
I thought of something. I have a friend who’s also into music at school. I could ask them about that person, but like that would be weird… unless I had a reason to mention them.
