The video i remember she was trying some candy from Ireland. In the video she was wearing a very pale pink dress, and was sat in what looked like inside part of a rock cave/alcove outside. Throughout the video she held the mic in one hand while ate a pistachio ice cream in the other and then tried some chewy candy and then a lollipop. I don't believe her channel was very big. I think she did some role play videos too. The name feels like it's on the edge of my brain but can't quite get there. I have been on Zepbound since June 2024 and I went for my 6month check up but when I got my blood work back my bad cholesterol was up 30points. I am 50lbs down (SW 220 CW 170) and a little confused by this. My eating has changed drastically, no crazy unhealthy foods and overall consuming alot less.
I have never been put on meds for cholesterol and waiting for my doc to review my results but Im just 🤯. Has anyone else experienced results similar to mine?

please excuse the 2 random phrases paired together, but hopefully this will make for an interesting discussion.
As I've been learning French over the past few years, these 2 phrases have popped up quite a bit, and I've never quite been able to nail the translation, despite lots of online searching. In my vocab cards I've got cahier des charges down as 'specifications', and parti pris as 'bias', but I've recently heard both of these phrases in contexts where these definitions wouldn't make sense.
I think what's interesting about these phrases as that clearly there is not a 'like for like' translation for either of them, and they can both mean multiple things. Or maybe I'm wrong! Anyway, any help in really trying to nail a definition of these phrases would be much appreciated.

Although they have some of personal information, all of that is public and the phone number is no longer accurate. The extortion details don’t line up with my life, but it’s pretty vague and could apply to almost anyone. I’ve never gotten an email like this before, so I just wanted to put it out there so people can be cautious. I am going to solo travel to japan for the first time! Very excited. I am doubting a lot about where to stay. I searched everything and the cheapest normal hotel option would bring me around 400 euro more than staying at the 9h capsule hotel. I was looking at Ningyocho or woman kanda one! (Bc of the bigger size lockers they have)
I have stayed at hostels before and didn't mind it. But I dont know if a capsule hotel is doable to stay for 7 nights.
Questions for the people who stayed at 9h: - Is it correct that you have to leave each morning before 10 am? Like you can't stay in for longer?

I live close to the Point of the Mountain and find myself in a stage of life where I have a lot more extra free time than I'm used to. So I'm looking to expand my hobbies. Currently a pilot for a major Air Line and I grew up flying RC planes at the Point of the Mountain so I have a basic understanding of why things go up and down. Thoughts on costs and risks? Is the Point of the Mountain too busy for beginner training?

2025.01.22 23:06 Mega---Moo How to maximize infloor heat output from my 94% boiler and limit 80% furnace usage.
I've had my Navien boiler running for a year now and love it, and I'm trying to maximize it's usage. The main basement area with usable infloor tubing is 700 sqft (with another 1300 sqft that is intentionally not hooked up and/or closed off rooms). The upper level is 2100 sqft. The furnace is on the main floor and centrally located but there are no cold air returns... it's a manufactured house that we put the new basement under. We have two open staircases, so there is plenty of space for cold air to flow downstairs... I think. The house is decently air tight and insulated. We have used 590 gallons of propane since June for heating, cooking, and hot water in Northern Wisconsin.
We would like the main floor to be 72⁰F and the basement is currently set to 76⁰F. Boiler water temp is at 120⁰F currently. I have a 8"x14" floor vent in the furnace room to allow warm air to enter the furnace. I am keeping the furnace circulation fan on while people are awake and switching to Auto at night so it's cooler for sleeping. Infloor thermostat only changes Spring and Fall.
The issue is that the basement is reaching temperature easily and the boiler is shutting off... but the main floor is still cooling off enough to run the furnace. Do I need to completely restrict airflow from the main floor entering the furnace? add a ventilation fan in place of the floor vent? something else? There is room for the floor opening to be slightly larger, but 10"x24" would be the maximum.

Haha this grow is going much easier but at the same time feels way more hands off. 🤣 I'm not helicopter parenting them this time but it feels like when you have a 2nd kid and everything phases you just alittle less. I’m about to get an Olympus pen ft soon and started to think if use adapters to use some of the lenses I already own (mostly m42 lenses) on my FT since some of the lens for the f series can be pretty pricey. The old adapters that I’m finding are pretty pricey too so I was wondering I could use this adapter (https://pixco.com.cn/products/olympus-pen-f-canon-eos-m-adapter) to go from the pen to eos and then a (https://fotodioxpro.com/products/m42-ef-p-v1) eos to m42 adapter. Would this cause any problems or make taking pictures harder?
