My cat pees by walking the absolute bare minimum amount into the litter box and then peeing all over the floor infront of the litter box, over the lip of the litter box. Previously i solved this with a litter box that had a higher lip but hes too old now to jump up.
Is there a litterbox that can solve this? Perhaps one where he walks through a right angle corridor and only has litter at the end of it. But i cannot find it myself through searching.

hello, ive been dealing with a lot of physical symptoms (fatigue, dizziness, achy joints, hives, splotchy skin and "purple feet" being the predominant ones) ive been to the doctor at multiple occasions but they all pinned it on my anxiety and told me to do yoga. (i genuinely tried the yoga, didnt work) my aunt who has a chronic illness herself gave me a lot of tips to help me advocate for myself and she gave me some very helpful recourses. ive been keeping better track of my symptoms, writing down what im feeling when i do x, y and z and taking picture of my other symptoms. however, i cant help but feel really nervous, i hear of so so so many cases of people having too fight for years before they even get taken seriously. (my aunt included) knowing that my symptoms arent all that bad compared to so many other people who are ill plus my previous diagnoses of mental illness, im really afraid of my symptoms being discarded. i feel like ill be left to my demise while my symptoms worsen as i age. so to all of you who have so much more experience then me, how did you advocate for urself? how did u make it so u were taken seriously, are there any wisdoms you could give me to make this process easier?
(sorry if this was a hard read lol, english isnt my first language + i rarely post of reddit lol)

Dude, study something like engineering or science.
If you don't like advanced maths, do something like accountancy, finance, management, economics, because there's no shortage of work in these areas and you don't earn minimum wage.
But, dear artists and humanities experts, don't study something that has no economic value and then say "university is worthless!".
University is the path to success and good jobs, but only if you study good things like engineering if you like maths and accountancy or management if you're more of a money person.

2025.01.22 23:08 Spare_Professional21 Abnormal Pap smear help/advice/tips
So I just got a colposcopy or whatever it is where the Dr looks up there with the microscope. She informed me before hand my Pap smear showed pre cancerous abnormalities and told be she would only do the biopsy if she saw something concerning/cancer(?). She then said “it doesn’t look that bad” but still did a biopsy then said she’d message me my results in a few days and just left.
What’s the chances I have cancer? If I do have it would it only be one kind? I’m actually freaking out and I’m trying not to turn to the scariest path but i have serious health issues already so i always go that way.
Has anyone else had something similar and it’s not cancer? Or anyone have any advice?

Going to prefice this by saying, I don't need help with deciding rules directly, rather I am somewhat stuck and I'd like some very specific input.
To be precise, I am trying to make supporting player characters, who don't necessarily have fighting skills, still be a part of combat in a meaningful way. I am not going to get too into specifics of my system because I feel like it's not important, just know it's not as combat focused as DND-likes, so there is a decent bit of room for non combattant PC's but I still choose to resolve encounters in a complex way rather then abstracting them to a single skill check, also it's skill based rather then class based meaning there isn't a default class ability I can just give them, it has to be abstract enough to be able to be used by any character.
So here's the gist, I need two things to figure this out. 1) if you have Ideas, or examples of how existing systems do it, I'd like to hear them. 2) And this one is what I want more I think. I need examples of how a character who could be labeled as support would behave in a combat scenario. Try not to think in trpg terms just make up a person in your mind and describe what they could do to help win a fight, fantasy, real doesn't matter. Also if you can think of a movie scene which depicts this, also would appreciate if you told me.

Hello, book lovers! I cant wait another year for season 3 so I want to start reading where Season 2 of the show left off. From what I’ve heard, the final episode lines up closely with the end of the first book. However, I know the show might have taken some creative liberties compared to the source material.
If anyone could point out the key differences between the show and the books (especially up to that point), I’d really appreciate it! Also, if skipping the first book is a terrible idea, feel free to let me know, though this post probably isn’t for you.
