So I got a private message on my art accounts on TikTok today saying "hello, are you available for commission" which, even if they didn't start with "I want a drawing of my dog for 4k", I still found suspicious as they didn't ask I my commission were open but if I was available and overall just the "politeness" of the text as since my account is very not professional I don't usually receive.
I ask if they were a bot, not expecting an answer but they responded in a pretty human way so I ask what they want, I for now am waiting on their response so I don't know if the "commission" is gonna be an instant typical scam demand, but in case they ask for something that don't look like a scam, since I'm still wary of them, if I ask them to pay 50% upfront by PayPal and they accept, will I still be at risk to get scammed ?
(Obviously if they refuse to pay half upfront I won't accept their commission to avoid any risk)
Like them asking for a refund that PayPal would automatically authorized? I don't use PayPal much and don't know if I still would be at risk, can someone enlight me ? I hope people will respond even if I wrote a long post, I didn't know how to explain it more shortly 😞

Also given that there was an update today that you no longer require to submit proof for COVID, does that mean that the doctor can just leave that section of the form blank even though I already got the first dose (I forgot to get the second dose which is why I got the RFE in the first place but this would save me the hassle of getting the second dose.) I've created a Google Sheet that I've put countless hours into already, but with a little ways to go to completion. There's enough of it completed that you could get the idea of what it intends to do. First, I'll provide the link to the doc, but then the notes below might help understand what's going on in the spreadsheet:

A few notes:
The general idea is that your defense needs to choose what it wants to use as a basis for creating the depth chart. It allows you to choose from 18 different packages as the your base package. It then takes you to the page where you manage your subs and rotations as you go from your base package to your sub packages.
Ideally, if my coding skills were further along, I'd have more of a graphical way to display this, to help visually show the subs and rotations. I think that would help alot, I'm just not there yet, so I'm starting with a spreadsheet.

I just really need to get this out to people who may understand. I got a really long negative email from my boss and it triggered a cascade of bad thoughts. I thought I was doing ok and getting along well with everyone. I am 33 going on 34 and live with my parents because I can’t hold down a full time job (if I could even find or qualify for one ). I have a useless bachelor’s degree and have given up on any post grad education I’ve started. If I’m not at my part time retail job, I spend almost all of my time sleeping. Maybe sometimes scrolling my phone or watching tv. I’m only still around because I don’t want to hurt the few people I know care about me. I have no passion and no ambition I am utterly worthless to the world. I am on two antidepressants that clearly are no longer working. I do have an appointment with a new psychiatrist in Feb (if I don’t skip it because I do that constantly) but it’s so hard to have any hope. Anyway if you read all this thanks, I just had to put it out there and I don’t have anyone I feel I can talk to.

My Bf (32M) and I (29F) have been in a relationship on and off for 3 years. We dated in 2021 and broke up in 2022. We recently started dating again in May 2024 and have been together ever since. I have a huge group of friends and he barely knows 2-3 people. Surprisingly, our birthdays are one day apart. Its coming up in a couple of days. He has been around my friends a couple of times, is introvert and during gatherings barely talks to them. My friends on the other hand are slowly getting to know him but are taking their time. They are all very protective of me and have not been completely acceptive of him either. Its a very hard situation for me. I am a very social person and he wants me to help him be more social. I tried to take him to see my group of friends but he hates that they don’t treat him like they treat me and don’t give him enough attention.
Recently, a friend of mine contacted him to set a Plan for my birthday. He told my friend that its his birthday too but my friend just said “oh that’s awesome.” He did not ask my boyfriend what are his plans. Everyone barely talks to each other. My boyfriend is extremely upset with them and me because they didn’t ask about what he wants to do for his day and whether they should come to cut a cake for him.
To give more context, he has thrown a couple of parties and split the money with me for a small Christmas party. So, he feels like they should do something for him as well. He is right here! My friends could be better
I am tired of our consistent fights of him not showing up with me for any small gatherings and parties. He barely comes. My friends convince me to keep calling him to know him but he just hates them feels like it.
What do I do? I am exhausted navigating this situation ? Can you guys help me navigate this?
