I'm getting wildly different prices from different sources. If I'm traveling in Vietnam, how much should I expect to spend per day on meals and accomodation??
I know this is going onvary wildly for different cities and regions and things like that, so I was wondering if anyone ha any anecdotal evidence from their trips about I let me know hs info.

Friend of mine turned 40, and in a group chat of friends I've known since high school that's usually focused on sports and fantasy baseball, we all wished him a happy birthday. It then made me realize how old we're getting and how almost none of us have kids.
I'm in this subreddit because our goal is to have 5. We have 3 so far, and I hope to have 2 more in the next 3-5 years. I'm 38.
But when I realized this one friend was turning 40, I then looked through the group chat -- all of us went to decent colleges and have decent careers. About half are married, and only 2 of us have kids. We are distributed across the US - all originally from New York. I'm in Chicago, one in california, one in florida, the rest in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. So if men with decent careers / finances are not having children, what does that mean for the future? Why? Some don't want them - would rather focus on travel, and enjoying life. I don't think they're depressed over it .
This is anecdotal but I think representative of what's happening in America right now.
Even happy, living the good life, in shape, make good money guys, are not trying or interested in having kids. And in some cases, not interested in getting married.
We are the odd ones for having children. Society has changed that much since the previous generation.
Now I also have a few friends that are our age, locally (naturally) that have kids our kids age. But looking at my high school friends, and reflecting - I kind of think society is fucked. They don't even think it's a problem.
I don't how this gets fixed other than being a good example, but that's all we can do for now. Be the change we want to see...

I (25F) have been working in Quality at a food plant for the last 2.5 years. I graduated college with a BS in biology in 2022. I don’t absolutely hate my job but I don’t particularly like it. It’s just not something I feel like I want to do forever. Plus, I have big ambitions and I just don’t know if this will get me there.
I have learned a ton in my current role and have been able to take on multiple company wide projects that I manage.
I am a self motivated individual. I have good time management and communication skills.
I constantly think about getting into more business side of things but I really have no clue.

 | I have a firewalla on my home network and got a malware notification that a wyze camera is accessing a malware site (see photo). I went in to app to restart the camera and for the off chance I can see something wrong with the camera. When I open the wyze app I get another notification that my phone is visiting the same malware site. I have both Wyze cameras and firewalla for years and never had this warning before. Interesting enough only camera gave me the alert. I blocked the address in the meantime, don’t notice any loss of functionality. i feel like a complete idiot asking this but i feel like other black women would have an answer to this.
i'm a chubby 5'4 white girl. i'm not menacing at all, i always try my best to be as kind as possible. not just to POC but to everyone. this isn't me saying every black woman is mean to me, but the only time i have been extremely disrespected has been by a black woman.
it's really only the women who have the acrylic nails, straightened hair, makeup on/lash extensions. they usually give me dirty looks, try to make me feel stupid, or try to talk down to me to name a few. no other black women who fit that stereotype? i guess you could say, treat me like this.
i just really want to understand why they have this impression of me. i wear baggy clothes, usually have my hair in a bun, and no makeup. even my friends and boyfriend (who is hispanic but could pass as black) noticed this.
black men are ALWAYS so nice to me. same with older black women. of course women of other races are mean but i haven't experienced this with any other group of women.
i really hope this didn't come off as rude.
