Some cringe idea trying hard to be romantisized. Probably and unpopular opinion and will probably get crowded by fanboy/girls but it’s ok. I really think this song has 0 depth and is quite cringe, like we get it ur a cheater and we get it the guy is hot and rich, idk why this song is trying to hard to sound “emotional” and “deep” and “sexy” it’s very vain and shallow and not even a good message, pretty detestable if you ask me. Sure put that kinda stuff in a rap song or a quirky fun pop song but this song is just trying to be something it’s not

2025.01.22 23:51 DramaticAnywhere4090 Help find a specific WW2 fictional story during Battle of Stalingrad about soldiers from both sides.
Believe it was a teen novel(probably released mid 2000s) about battle of Stalingrad, where it shows the prespective from both German and Russian side but through the eyes of young soldiers. German side was a young officer who was a panzer (tank) commander and russian side was young boy who helps a soviet unit. German officer i remembered has a older brother who is also in the German army and both promise to meet up and head home before Christmas after they capture Stalingrad. Both of them would talk about music and composers such as mozart or bach. The russian boy wasn't per say a soldier but was just trying to survive while the city was under siege, where he eventually meets/falls in love with a female Russian soldiesniper and become part of her sniper team. Story depicts the grim reality and harsh struggles of both sides during the battle. German MC loses tank crew and Russian MC sees death and starvation. Hopefully not a spoiler but the ending has the german main character reunite with his older brother towards the end of the battle of Stalingrad, and during a midnight stroll, his brother get killed by a sniper. German MC also get shot but sees the enemy's shadow running under a collapse building and throws a grenade/explosive to destroy the building and dies from his gun wound. Russian MC and female sniper wake up in total darkness after feeling the explosion/collapse of the building over them. Both are greatly injured (female character lost feeling of leg/back due to rubble) and express their feelings of one another. Russian MC agrees to end the suffering of female character and sits in the dark as the last match light sizzles out. I believe ending of the book, has post-war rebuild of Stalingrad and construction workers open a path through a collapse building and find two remains.
I tried googling and couldn't find anything. I read the book while I was very young so probably around 2007. It's not "City of Thieves" as I read/have that book. Any help would be appreciated since I been trying to find this book for past three days.

Hello, I want to start a small business selling crispy frozen potatoes. I’ve researched the topic and found different methods that share some common steps, such as:
Soaking the potatoes in water to remove starch.
Boiling the potatoes, then placing them in cold water.
Drying them, then frying them lightly.
Drying them again, then freezing them.
I would like to know the best steps and their order, as well as the boiling and frying times with the appropriate temperatures. I have tried several methods, but I found the potatoes to be fragile and prone to breaking.

Hi everyone. I am starting a law firm business and have someone building the website for me. There is no confidential information or payment service on the website. It’s all pretty basic. This is a WordPress website and I don’t expect a lot of traffic especially early on.
The developer is telling me we need a host with a capacity of 32GB and 6 vCPU. That sounds pretty high. In any case, when I look online hosting is very expensive at $1000 per year or more.
Am I looking in the wrong places? What is my most affordable option? Many thanks in advance.

How is this legal? I live in a province with minimum payment per hour on active time. I just had an order that I drove across town too, arrived to a restaurant that was supposed to be open but was closed. The owner showed up while I was standing at the door and stated he is running latebut would be opening the restaurant which is now three hours late. I inquired about the order I’ve been waiting for outside the door for the last five minutes and he said it would take at least another half an hour. I updated the customer who decided to then cancelled the order due to the delayed wait time.
I then get a message from DoorDash that I’m not being compensated for the order as it was cancelled and according to them, I hadn’t been assigned to it for very long. I contacted support who is no help and said no supervisor was available.
I then looked at my active time, which should’ve been increased by about 20 minutes and it was still at the same time as prior to the cancelled order. How can DoorDash not count this as active time and I’m assuming not pay for the kilometres when they are required to buy law?

For the better part of ten years, I would be the first to say there is no god. Now I'm unsure of that. This has led me to dissecting the Quran and Bible, and by extension the Torah.
