2025.01.23 01:15 y3t4n0th3rthr04w4y Could warnings/violations affect whether or not your videos get shown to people?
So I’ve had tiktok for 3 years just to doomscroll and I’ll admit I was quite rude to any creators I didn’t like, commenting dumb and mean stuff on their vids with my nameless faceless private account.
2 weeks ago I’ve decided to start making content so I put my face and name on the account, and took it off private. My views SUCK lol I got 500 views on my most viewed video, 200-300 on all others. Yeah ok it could be karma I know, but could it be because I’d used the account as a troll account for so long?
For added context, I got 100 followers. A friend with 50 followers gets 1,000 views on her dumb tiktoks all the time. Another friend made a completely new account to become a mental health blogger and she got 100k followers now from scratch, and millions of views on many of her vids.
I feel like I should’ve left this account as a troll account and made a new one to post my content…

2025.01.23 01:15 Konakuro Any tips for an eGo/510 threaded battery not hitting?
 | I'm pretty new to this, so I bought the cheapest battery available. Surprise, surprise it stopped working 3 weeks later. I did the trick where you raise the contact plate after cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol, but it still refuses to make contact with the cartridge or charger. After it wouldn't work, I took out the contact pin and gasket to see if the floating pin needed to be resituated, but I still haven't been able to make it work. Notes: -The battery still lights up and has charge. -The charger and cart still work with my friend's old battery. -The little flash the device makes when a cart or charger is plugged in never goes off. -It wouldn't make contact or produce vapor with a different cartridge. I realize no one here is a tax professional, and no advice is professional advice.
Last year I had an old employer reach out to me (from 5+ years ago) and tell me that I had never cashed my last paycheck. This is probably the truth but I don't have the paperwork to verify it. It's a small sum for a few days' work. They offered to reissue this check to me, and I got a check from them. It didn't have a payroll stub.
Do I need to report this as income? My thought on this, is this money would have already been reported on the old W2 from that employer many years ago, so it has already been taxed, and I've already paid those taxes, I just didn't actually receive the money?

ich werde bald meine Facharztprüfung ablegen und wollte mich erkundigen, wie die Regelungen sind, falls man die Prüfung nicht besteht. Soweit ich weiß, bekommt man in so einem Fall Bescheid vom Prüfungsausschuss, dass die Wiederholung frühestens in 3 Monaten möglich ist.
Meine konkrete Frage: Muss man in diesen 3 Monaten weiterhin in einem Arbeitsverhältnis bei einem Weiterbildungsbefugten bleiben, oder könnte man das Arbeitsverhältnis beenden und die Zeit zuhause nutzen, um sich besser auf die Wiederholung vorzubereiten?
Ich frage das, um sicherzustellen, dass ich keine voreiligen Entscheidungen treffe. Ăśber eure Erfahrungen oder Informationen wĂĽrde ich mich sehr freuen!

I know this is a pretty touchy/controversial subject, I don’t support him for what he did But after watching the documentary and all those clips/old photos of her and Q I started to wonder
I went to his instagram and all his comments are like turned off, and he hasn’t posted much since 2022. As far as what I’ve gathered, a couple songs are about him and apparently he used to drive under the influence. I went to his Spotify and he only has around like.. Barely 2,000 listeners.
How does he make money now that his reputation is basically tanked and his music isn’t great. I don’t know if he’s some type of nepo baby or..? What do these types of musicians do now that their career is basically dead and most likely won’t revive?

So, I am talking about this in therapy but after never doing so before I want to know if I’m over or under reacting? I’m reacting after vivid recollection…
I (34 F) went to my mother when I was about 6yo about, what I know now to be, uti pain. She laying on my parents bed. I remember my MOTHER had my FATHER EXAMINE ME with a flashlight.
Before the recollection I have had an otherwise decent or great/healthy relationship with my father. Although, he worked 6 days a week at least 10 hours a day blue-collar growing up and has only just retired. I lashed out horribly at him. After a few years changed my entire legal name.
My mother was (is) violent, physically, financially, psychologically abusive. I stood up to her six years ago. We have spoken a handful of times after I barely survived a rollover car accident. Then ghosted again before I was even out of a wheelchair.
So, as I am going through therapy I remembered again. This time though, no resentment at my dad. People make mistakes.
Am I overreacting that my mom didn’t immediately go to the doctor, look for herself, drive to or have over another female period if we didn’t have the money?
For crying out loud when I was around the same age I walked in on my mother alone… and she continued. Like not in a SA sense but in a “no regard for her own child” sense.
Is this normal? Am I over-reacting?
