I asked my friend with a Valentine's Day was they said it was their boyfriend They asked me and I slow so I brought up their past boyfriend said they got back with Even though he cheated she told me to stop calling out her past relationships so I did. Then I was telling my friend about someone touching my body inappropriately not going to get into it here They just said oop. After a few more messages They sent me a picture of themselves and I said who they look like someone One of their friends that's a guy but man later and with a mustache as a joke. Then they told me they were feeling bad about themselves and they never told me this I couldn't even get it from their voice but they were feeling sad because I was texting them. So AITA for saying that about my friend has a joke

Hi,
Some background is that I am currently a sophomore pre-PA student, who has been considering other career paths. I haven't considered dentistry before this semester, and I regret not looking into it sooner. There are a lot of things I admire about the career, but ultimately the work-life balance, patient interactions, and sense of fulfillment dentists get from their profession is what draws me in.
My issue is I am scared to switch and feel like I am too late to prepare for this path. I have been preparing for PA applications, and now feel like I am doing a complete 180. I have taken my bios, physiology, gen chem, and orgo 1 that I ta'd in. I'm taking anatomy this semester and would take orgo 2 in the summer if I needed to. I will also be taking an EMT certification course this spring.
I guess my main question is: What advice do you have for someone switching to pre-dental? I am completely new to this and know very little about the DAT and applications.

I am currently enrolled in a 300-level history class as required by my major, but I have a pretty stacked schedule already and I would like to take it over summer.
However, my advisor said they are unsure if A&M will offer 300/400 level history classes over summer.
If I don’t take the class between now or summer, I won’t be able to graduate on time. I’m just an education major so taking a pointless history class when I barely need to is the last thing I want to do.
Does anyone have advice on how often these classes are offered over summer?

She’s been on Lysine since November 1st & it has helped her her symptoms tremendously. No more running nose or eye.. but now her nose looks too dry to me. Hello everyone! Long-time lurker here! I will be applying to law school next cycle 2025-2026 and I have some questions. Its hard to find infos for international applicants!
- I graduated from a very well known college in Asia with summa cum laude and LSAC gave me [Superior] for my nGPA. I did double major and one is STEM-ish
- I am a Permanent Resident of U.S.
- I have 17mid LSAT, above most T14 medians
- I have T3 Softs? generously T2 if schools love public interest. Most of my work experience is in the US.
I was wondering if I should mention it in my addendum or squeeze it in my personal statement.

 | Not entirely sure what the appeal to old bread tags is, but when I was a little kid, I took out all the bread tags my mom kept sticking into the kitchen drawers, cause it had been getting to be so many of them between two drawers, so I took them all out, and stuck them all on a bookcase we had. I arranged them all by color, and found most were white. These have been on this same bookcase since the 90s, and have been thru three moves. I'm sure there have been some newer ones stuck on there in more recent years, but most of those are OVER 20 years old now. Again, not sure what the appeal is for other people, but as I've seen some posts about bread tags on here, I thought I'd post my own. To me, there's nothing special about them. I just wanted to share a bit about my experience with CHI as a host mom (for 21 months). The agency was unprofessional and sloppy with paperwork, which was annoying but tolerable, but both our local area coordinator and main office staff were manipulative and verbally abusive to my au pair. They threatened to cancel his visa!
RUN from this agency and go with any of the other reputable ones.

Yesterday evening, I received a call from my manager informing me that my company is sending a few people to the U.S. to help set up the engineering team there, and they considered me for the role. I was excited, assuming it would be a couple of months of work, which would be a great experience. My girlfriend was thrilled as well, and we celebrated.
However, this morning, my girlfriend received an offer from Google, which had been pending for some time. The offer is for my city, where we’ve both been hoping to reunite after a year and a half of long-distance. The problem is that she specifically chose this city to be with me, and now, with my U.S. project turning into a year or longer, she’ll be left alone here. She has no close friends in the city and, understandably, feels lost without a strong support system.
Meanwhile, my company is offering me an incredible opportunity with an L1 visa sponsorship, something I’ve always dreamed of. My parents are also thrilled and strongly encourage me to take the offer. But I’m struggling with the guilt of leaving my girlfriend, especially since she moved here for me. She’s expressed that she doesn’t want to stay in the U.S. for such a long period and would rather stay in India, close to her family.
I’m torn. I’ve always wanted international work experience, and this could be a big step in my career and personal growth, but I also don’t want to abandon my girlfriend and leave her to navigate this situation alone. I’m considering the option of marrying her before I leave so she can join me on an L2 visa, but she’s not keen on moving to the U.S. for that long, which complicates things further.
I’m wondering if choosing the U.S. offer would make me the asshole — prioritizing my dreams and my parents’ wishes over my girlfriend’s comfort and our relationship. I still have the chance to turn down the U.S. opportunity, but I’m unsure what the right decision is.
