 | Wasn’t sure where to put this, so it's going here. I have an OC universe that needs background OCs. For some context me and a few friends, let's call them Dave, and Fawn, made a weird OC world. So this was when we're in 5th grade (2 years ago) So the names are VERY stupid and Fawn refuses to change them. The main country is Smoogle (great name, l know Dave was the king, taking the name 'King Blake Grove' and Fawn's character took the name of Hades Gobbler. My character was just Storm. Every character has a spirit cat, and that cat is connected to an element (Fire, Earth, Plant, or Flight). These people get the cats when they are five, with some sort of ceremony, and they get bonded with the cat, as well as the element. So soon we got many more people including Crystal Gingerz, a water element girl with a cat named Lily, from a small fishing settlement called Silver Bay, and many others. Dave quit talking to us at around the start of 6th grade, so we had a vote on who would be more or less, the leader of Smoogle. I won, some my character went from Storm, to Princess Storm Grove. King Blake is still technically the king, but Dave the person is no longer connected. Then we needed conflict so we created ECH, and Dark Cliff, which are basically the same, but with hamsters and dogs respectively. So now in 7th grade... we have a lot of people, so l've decided to do this Reddit post, please fill out the form if you chose, to make a character in this, what I think right now is a comic strip on random graph paper we picked up at math class. We have a lot of people, what not enough to fill 3 countries. So pls do this quiz. Mom moved into AL last year in November, after a rapidfire few months of her hallucinating, necessitating me and my husband moving in with her, which required us to move out of our apartment in under a month & a half.
I've been on edge and stressed nearly constantly, to the point that I stutter when I talk, or say the wrong word because my mind is just constantly on alert. I feel like I can't relax, and because I can't relax, I can't focus. Phonecalls and Text messages freak me out because the first thing I think of is "what happened" or "what does THIS person want from me now." Feel like my mind has fallen apart now that I'm managing both my life and mom's life, even if she's in AL.
Worst thing has been trying to coordinate transportation for her to appointments, where I literally had one of the care companions flat out say she "would not drive to the downtown area" because she "wasn't familiar with it" and the appointment is one of 36 required appointments that my mom has to attend, which are directly tied to MRIs and other monitoring. Every other week, I stress about notifying mom in the morning, and then AGAIN before her caregiver gets there, and then AGAIN 30 minutes before her appointment to make sure they're on the road to get there.
And now that I'm in charge of mom's finances, my husband has be looking into converting some of her annuities and there's just so many terms over my head but I have to make these intensely stressful calls during my workday where I don't know what I'm asking for or talking about but he insists that it's a good idea to do it.
Anyone else feel like this? I've considered therapy because I just feel like a disaster area. I hit a really, REALLY dark place last week where I just wish I didn't exist and that someone else could take over but I'm mostly better now.

History: subclinical hypothyroidism, GAD, Depression
Lately my feet have been super cold constantly and they are also constantly this weird yellow/pale color?? I’ve had chest pain as well but I’ve been to the ER for that twice (everything normal). I have an echocardiogram scheduled! A warm bath will make it better for a bit but almost immediately after I get out they go back to that yellow color and they are ice cold to the touch!

Currently working at a non- profit that does some access to care work/ community medicine (like a GP, but don’t/ shouldn’t manage chronic cases/urgent cases). I’ve gotten comments from my boss and clinic manager that i need to work on my efficiency and that I spend too much time talking to clients. I think they are right, to some degree, I do get stuck talking to clients, especially run on clients. I’m pretty fast at my exam and coming up with a plan, but implementation of my plan can get a little tough with the very limited number of trained assistants we have on staff. While I do want to be more efficient in my client communication, I think that some conversations warrant a little more time. For example, we often get cases that should be going to ER (i.e. down frenchies). I feel like to be thorough and ensure the owner understands the severity of the condition, often times more than a five minute conversation is needed. Any advice on how to streamline conversation and how y’all get things done with limited staff would be much appreciated!! Thanks!
