They lost Johnny Phil Dom Doc santoro, They lost 4 of their last bosses and they had quite few rats. When you look in the state of the family they go from carmine to the likess of Butchie and Alf or that creepy bald guy that sells things from his crown Victoria.

I had an L3-L4 MD on Jan 14, and have had nerve pains similar to pre-op ever since. Spoke to surgeon y'day and he has prescribed steroids.
I understand the importance of walking and I have read about listening to my body. But I am struggling to find a balance between walking too much and too little.
I am currently walking for ten mins every hour but I am pushing through the nerve pain. Pain is 3/10 when walking but increases to 7/10 right after when I lie down. And then slowly comes down. Am I doing too much?

I had a situation with my ex that when she would call me ( and she sounded noticeably tired), I would just ask her if she wants to continue the call or should I leave her to sleep ( as she has been exhausted lately). She asked me what I wanted to do, and I was honest and told her I would like to stay on the phone, but she seems so tired and I want her to get rest ( since she has been working a lot). Then she just abruptly hung up. I texted her and explained to her that I just wanted to ask her because she seemed tired, and she told me if she didn’t want to talk she wouldn’t have called? I explained to her that I would like to talk and then tried calling her back and she didn’t pick up. Was I wrong??? Like I just wanted what was best for her? On previous calls she literally stated how exhausted she has been lately. And I don’t mind taking at a better time when she had more energy.

So I upped my dose from 0.25 mg to 0.5 mg after 4 weeks as per my doctors instructions. The pharmacy peeps told me I could do 4 shots of 0.25 and 1 shot of 0.5 from the same pen. So I did that.
But I started 0.5 on Wednesday; I’ve had no side effects and while on 0.25 I used to be nauseous; today I’m insane with hunger.
Should I take another dose of 0.5? Is it possible they were wrong and that I should not have done 0.5 from the same pen?

Ross then said in promotional materials that Dr. Blitch could corroborate Barber’s background. But Blitch had not worked with Barber in Defense and was trusting his story following face to face meetings.
-Dr. Blitch was not a sniper despite Ross claiming he was, and he was a battery commander, not a battalion commander as Ross claimed.
-Dr. Blitch has never worked on UAP programs.
How are we supposed to accept Ross’s stories, and accept the criticism of the backlash within this community, if Ross can’t even get these facts straight?
