These techniques and tips are great and just need to be modified a bit for the Luc Leger.
This was made for the ADF and Australian Police who use the beep test.
Remember for the Luc Leger you will need to get either one foot over the line before or at the beep or both feet over the line or at the line. That totally depends on who's giving you the test.
You should train the hardest situation, which is both feet over the line. First time I went to selection it was one foot over the line, second time was both feet over the line. Since then guys have reported BOTH possibilities.
The channel, "The Barracks Gym" has some other good videos on prep for military/police fitness training and testing if you're interested.

Specifically I'm thinking of Gremory or EO crit build. I love making Byleth a dodge tank with the White Magic Avo +20 but her magic growth isn't great. I'm interested in a magic crit build but not sure how high I can get her crit rates to and whether it's worth.
On a side note, does equipping a white mag spell increase my Avo +20 in enemy phase or is it only for player phase?

Hi everyone,
Following Ben’s recent ETH/BTC outlook video I wanted others opinions on the following scenario.
BTC breaks out again and tops around 120-140k USD (which aligns with his running diminishing ROI model) and is a small % move from todays prices. BTC then breaks down as per the norm following a top in the post halving year.
As BTC breaks down ETH/BTC does well, however, ETH does not meaningfully appreciate against its USD pair. Is this feasible? … I’m not where all that money flowing out BTC would go but it seems people (including Ben now as it didn’t ‘go home’) don’t see overly optimistic on ETH’s usd performance.
Are you all still expecting a $7-10k ETH this cycle?
