I have 5 years of experience as a state tax auditor (reaching senior level), spent 2 years in international tax at a senior level at a fortune 500, and have been at a Fortune 10 company for the past year working on some state tax with some special projects. While I don’t have a CPA or an accounting degree (my background is in finance/economics).
Recently, I’ve been presented with an opportunity to return to international tax with a significant raise which has yet to be determined. However, my long-term goal is to transition out of tax entirely.
I’m torn between taking the raise and staying in a field I’d like to leave or focusing on finding opportunities that align better with my long-term aspirations.

howdy,
playing through the game for the first time and loving it. this is my first playthrough so i suppose i could be wrong about requirements. Im currently at automatic love/ghost town (id appreciate no spoilers in comments if possible <3 )
I completed every available NCPD thing, and all available gigs. all of them (minus el capitan) have 23/23, 8/8 5/5, 11/11, etc for all fixers, my body and reflex stats are both at 20
this should have accounted for several achievements right? i did get 2 achievements in this run (The Fool + Stanislavski's Method) but since then nothing.
this save was started in version 2.2, WITHOUT Phantom Liberty, and a friend gifted me the DLC and i then continued in the game if any of that helps
what is happening, am i going insane or have i just straight up not earned anything yet?

2025.01.23 03:21 Rye-Barley I'm curious about how you guys improve. What's your 5k time, weekly mileage, and which runs/workouts do you of this weekly mileage? (ex. tempo runs, long runs, intervals, gym, whatever)
Currently my best time is a 19:22 (it's cold now, I can probably break 19 at this point) and I want to get my time as low as possible for the next xc season. I'm currently running miscellaneous distances at a pretty stable pace (4:00-5:00 for 3-15k) and have been trying to run every day since the new year. Currently my mileage is about 40km a week. I want to maybe learn a thing or two from how guys train in a week and train a little smarter than random runs when I feel like it?

The two Dismal Backwaters have a completely different font than the volcano, which has a completely different font than the Dragonskull Summit and Drowned Catacombs. And then there's Dryad Arbor with a font like 3X bigger than it needs to be. And for the love of all that is holy, that font on the first two cards looks like an old newspaper font from like 1986. The line spacing in the first two cards is way too wide when compared to the others. Given the font size used on Dryad Arbor, I'm glad it doesn't have any other text. I doubt it'd fit. And the text is inconsistent. Aren't they all supposed to say "This land enters tapped" now, instead of "{cardname} enters tapped"? Pick a font and stick with it. Seriously, you had one job. Make the cards bigger so they'd be easier to read. It's a real pain in the ass because the light comes on and eventually cuts off my AWD.
