Hey all, just finished reading the rebel, so please excuse me if my questions are self explanatory and I just haven’t given myself enough time to digest the ending. I’m a bit confused on the whole moderation idea and how we can actually use the rebel ideology in real times. I understand that Camus ideas is to never give in to the absurd ideas found in many revolutions, which deviate from the concrete foundations of love which they were built upon. I also get that to rebel is to help people and the world despite themselves not helping themselves, and instead of giving everything to a promised future, it is the present that we must love and give our all. What I’m struggling with is what he means by moderation in rebelling and how in current times I can use this ideology to help bring change. Camus talks on supporting trade unions, but is that it? And another thing, what should we do with the people who cross the boundaries set by the rebel, is their punishment or simply love and try to help them come back? For example, what would Camus say about trump or Netanyahu and how to deal with them? Sorry if this is all a muddle of words that aren’t that coherent, I’m just throwing all my thoughts out.

I enjoy exercising, I would like to do this everyday. Since I was a kid school has always been a big issue for me, now that I’m in high school it’s getting worse, it just drags on my energy, when I come home I’m drained and tired and I don’t feel like doing anything, I immediately take a nap but I’ve been getting weaker and it makes me sad because I feel better not just outside but inside when I workout. I go on early runs before school starts most days unless it’s really bad snow I’m really frustrated I want to keep working on myself but I’m actually getting really drained with the whole system, people around me, all these unnecessary rules and some sort of un explainable (yet) drain. I come home and sometimes I can’t form words I just want to be quiet in my room and sleep for the rest of my day which to me is really sad bc it’s not me, not close. Anyways, I obviously feel quite stuck are there any ways I could go about this? How do I stop being bothered by other peoples lives energetically and how do I stop feeling this way in general.???

hi, i’ve been looking to get into cosplay for years now, but there’s one thing that’s been stopping me- wig caps. unfortunately, i get terrible migraines constantly, which has pretty much made my head overly sensitive and prone to pain if i wear things that compress it too much. this means that i can’t even wear headbands without getting a terrible headache.
i bought a wig cap the other day, hoping maybe it wouldn’t compress my head too bad. after just a minute of wearing it, i got a terrible headache. so, are there any good alternatives to wig caps? i know you can always try to not wear a wig cap at all and just pin your hair up, but whenever i do so you can still see some of my hair, and i want to keep the illusion of the characters i cosplay as alive as possible.
should i get a bigger size of wig cap? or are things like hairnets a viable option? any alternatives or tips would be be a big help! thank you!

I'm super offended and confused by all this. I only see my friend from college once a year. We like to do races different places and make a trip out of it. It's really not a big deal we usually split the hotel and I use airline points so it really isn't that expensive. I guess I made a couple comments and she didn't like it. She wanted me to get our Uber. That was reasonable but I was thinking ugh she'll complain it's not an Uber xl or something. So I kinda was like reluctant at first but looked at the app and saw the regular Uber and she was ok with that so I ordered it. Another one was we went to the hotel bar and she asked me to get the bottle of wine. That was fair shed gotten the previous one but I really didn't want to drink so I pushed back a little but it was a good deal to get the bottle so I said ok. She booked the hotel so at the end I'd pay her back via venmo. I kept asking how much things cost just to get an idea in my head how much I owed. Before I left for airport I said hey remind me how much I owe you. I just didn't want to act like I wasn't going to stiff her or anything. Anyway she acted kind of weird and said oh don't worry i can get yours if needed. She was joking but she didn't like that I asked and was like I need to get the final bill first. Makes sense. I had to cut the trip short and I was fine with paying for the last night even though I wasn't going to be there bc it was only fair. I get on the plane and look at my texts and couldn't believe her text to me. Mind you I consider myself solid middle class, minimal debt, both me and my husband work, savings, 401k and equity. Not saying we are rich but not hurting by any means. Seriously the only debt we have is the house and one car payment. And we dont have that much on the house. Her text to me was "hey I want to make sure you are ok with these trips. You said a couple things to me that had me concerned. You can tell me if you are going through financial stuff. Me and (her hubby) are established enough in our careers where we can help out." OK what the actual f"ck?? I was blown away. She went on to give the examples of me commenting on the Uber and the bottle of wine. Then the kicker is she insisted that I said that I questioned paying for my share of the final night which I absolutely did not. I just am still hurt about this. I don't know where this came from or how to handle it. I could see if I said my husband lost his job and it sucked or one of us had expensive medical bills but geez. I just said well thank but I'm pretty sure that if we needed money that bad we could dip into 401k, equity or even ira if needed.

 | Hello, I’m not really sure how Reddit works but January 4 I woke up with a swollen eyelid and didn’t know what it was then it got worse the next day when my whole eyelid started to swell so I put warm compress and it started to get better so the next the it was just a bump and that bump has been there ever since. I’ve only used warm compress since I have gotten it because I didn’t really know what else to do so if you guys have any advice please let me know! I’ll show the pictures from when it started and the progress!
