I’m new to fishing and I’m struggling with rigging and lures/bait a bit, I usually go with a soft plastic or a size 4 hook with a bit chicken but not even getting anything at all. I was wondering what people have had success with in the past??

 | I'm only on season 6 but I see a lot of people say that JJ changed after she became a profiler. I'm not there yet but l've already seen a shift in her character. In the first couple of seasons she had a lot more personality and was more sassy and witty. Then the few seasons leading up to season 6 she's almost "perfect". Her character is boring. She lost the sass she had and just became a sort of one dimensional, polished character who could do no wrong. I'm 5'8, 166 pounds, and I've been lifting for a little over 2 years. I train 4-6 days per week and walk about 10,000 steps per day. According to a bunch of online calculators, my maintenance calories should be in the 2600-2800 range. I started at 170lbs and have been cutting for a few weeks, and I've been eating about 2100-2200 calories per day. Is this a reasonable deficit or should I change it? Also, should I do a refeed day where I eat my maintenance calories and if so how often should I do it?

2025.01.23 04:13 thewoz998877 Drove in sub-zero temps, did it cause an oil leak?
So the other day in Chicago it was sub-zero degree temps and I took out my 2010 Ford Escape (150k miles) out to grab some food. When I drove back home I noticed a small trail of oil after I parked the car. No idea if it was leaking for the entire drive or not, but the leak trail was way down the road I came from.
I took a look under the car and noticed it was coming from the drivers side (attached pics). Any idea what the culprit might be here and what the potential repair costs would be to fix? I was planning on getting a newer car this summer and was hoping the Ford would last until then, so I'm praying this isn't a major repair (or even necessary to bother with if I'm only going to drive a few more months?).

I am some what new to whole house water filtration and purchased a 5 stage system I pieced together, but can't seem to buy the right sediment filters for this Culligan WH-S200-C. Every S1A sediment filter I buy is too large and ends up bending inside the housing. Do I need to buy the filter straight from Culligan or am I just having bad luck with amazon knock offs? I am getting the standard 2x10 size and the filter housing says right on the box that it takes S1A sediment filters, so I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.
