I (40F) am in a not so great situation. I put myself here but I am very confused and need direction. I have been married for almost 10 years and my husband worships the ground I walk on. He does so much for me and I know that most women don’t get treated as well as I do. I have never been in love with him. Our marriage was me trying to be with someone that was good for me as I have made many bad relationship choices in the past. I thought love would grow. It has not. I almost despise him now. i honestly love jerusha in most episodes. yes she can be annoying and odd, but in the episode where dina is giving birth shes prioritsing dinas needs and being so sweet, i honestly love it. the way she doesnt have much understanding for certain social cues as well is brilliant, and also hilarious at points. i know this sub quite often doesnt like her, but after rewatching a few times i realised shes a good character. i do agree the golden globe episode did make me cringe slightly thou lol

2025.01.23 04:05 ConclusionNo8238 Anyone else's anxiety take days to subside?

I have been going through ERP for several months now. Recently I've noticed some improvements and longer periods with lower levels of symptoms. But after a bad day when I start ruminating and getting myself anxious, it takes days of avoiding compulsions and response prevention (which is difficult!) for me to wind back down. I am pretty good at doing ERP exercises but after doing some response prevention, I feel weird and anxious for no reason for hours - days like there is something I need to think about but I don't know what. I find it really hard to maintain the level of response prevention that I need to recover for so long at a time. After a few days of response prevention my anxiety tends to go down so I can sleep and eat again but inevitably I encounter a trigger or ruminate too much a few days later and am right back in the cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? Dr. Greenberg seems to think that wirhout rumination there is no anxiety but I find that sitting with the urge to ruminate is tremendously anxiety provoking and when I get into an anxious state I cannot eat or sleep properlysns am distracted at work/lose motivation and I need to sit with the discomfort without ruminating for a really long time before it starts to improve. The fact that I have good weeks now is encouraging and I see it as a win for ERP but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone has any tips for handling these ups and downs.

what’s up guys, im going to csuc next fall and im looking for housing. what do you think my chances are of finding a group of students renting a house and just renting a room off them?
for background, i have zero rental history and for the most part, do not know how any of that works, but i plan to save enough by then to pay first semester’s rent in full (or at least keep those funds reserved for rent). i just figured it would be much easier to live with other students vs qualifying for an apartment on my own. i also want to live in a house because i have a pretty cool car and would prefer parking it in a garage vs out on the street, but if push comes to shove i just want to make sure ill have a roof over my head come august

Hi everyone!
Looking for some insight. A few weeks ago, I had sudden consent of horizontal double vision and insane blurriness. It lasted a few minutes then went back to normal. No pain, no nothing. About an hour later, I had my usual aura then migraine. I had a head CT scan which came back clear and a thorough eye exam which also came back clear. My optometrist did say he has never heard of diplopia in migraine but not impossible. I’m following up with my doc, I was told 10-18 month to see my neurologist again.
Has this happened to anyone else? I don’t know if this is just a new migraine thing but it’s freaked me right out.

Daikon Carrot I used a spiralizer to prep daikon and carrot into spaghetti-like threads. Added chili and star anise and 2% of the weight in salt.
This is inspired by the Vietnamese condiment do chua which is usually made with vinegar and sugar. It's a popular filling in banh mi sandwiches for example.
Spiralizing the veggies makes it fun to eat and add to meals. I imagine this could go well with soba noodles.
What other ferments would work great with this shape?
