Jeg ved at nogle folk lever sparsomt, hvor der pludselig kun er 300 kr tilbage til resten af mรฅneden. Det lyder meget stressende.
Det er ikke mit tilfรฆlde, heldigvis. Jeg har en ydmyg opsparing til nรธdstilfรฆlde og ejerlejligheden er sikkert steget lidt i vรฆrdi, men min indre uro er stadig konstant.
Drรธmmen er at kunne bo i en bolig der er fuldstรฆndig afbetalt (sรฅ systemet kan lade mig vรฆre i fred), men det vil tage mange รฅr at nรฅ dertil.
Det bliver dyrere og dyrere at have et sted at bo og arbejdsmarkedet stiller stadigt hรธjere krav. Jeg lever i konstant frygt for at miste lejligheden og for ikke at kunne finde jobs/beholde dem jeg har.
Jeg har hverken udgifter til bil eller ferierejser. Hvorfor er det sรฅ dyrt at leve i dag? Hvorfor fรธles det som om at livet i Kรธbenhavn giver รธkonomisk PTSD?

Seriously the original series of games is so frustrating and full of BS moments. I LOVE HL2 and its expansions but I think HL1 and expansions are some of the worst games I've ever played. Made this post because I'm currently playing them again and having a frustrating experience. I wonder why valve never remade the original series since remakes are in fashion nowadays.

i am so frustrated and im to a point that i want to cry, is 1:30 am and im supposed to go to work in a few hours but im so mad that i cant sleep.
im a 23 yr old female, im a virgin, i take care of my hygiene, my eating habits arenโt good ill admit that, im fat but i go on walks, im drinking a lot of water like the urologist recommended i still pee a lot, Iโve taken the antibiotics heโs given me and nothing, what is wrong with me?
do i have diabetes? i just realized my lips and throat have feeling parched despite hydrating myself often, could it be that itโs bc im peeing a lot? sometimes it stings when i pee sometimes it doesnโt, it definitely doesnโt hurt.
the doctor was worried about my kidneys, the results came back and it says they were fine, the culture tests came back negative, i see that and i ask myself, then why do i pee a lot? iโve never taken this amount of pills in my life, i donโt want to take more antibiotics.
what do i do, do i go to the gynecologist? one day i went to the er bc of paralyzing back pain near my buttocks, i was peeing a lot so i assumed it was an uti, turns out it was arthritis and the uti tests came back negative.
im here with the feeling of having to pee, i wanna cry, i feel defeated, i told my mother that maybe i should go to the er again, she told me no go to the urologist again, i told myself this is the last opportunity iโll give this doctor, if it doesnโt get better Iโll find another one, but what if after seeing another doctor it doesnโt get any better? what do you guys advise me to do?

Hi everyone, Iโm trying to design a collimation lens for a VCSEL array and I need to estimate the spot size at a given distance. To do so I am using the POPD operand in Zemax, but I am wondering if the numbers I am seeing for the off-axis sources are still valid. The beam for the far most emitter exits the lens at ~40degrees. Did anyone checked the validity of POP for high angled beams? The design is diffraction limited, but I am curious about what are the limitations for POP in general.
A former colleague kept saying โI donโt trust Zemax, for this analysis I use Code Vโ but Iโve never seen anything quantitative telling me which one is better. Plus, I donโt have a Code V license :)

Had an emergency c-section a week ago to deliver my sweet, baby boy after four losses.
Pain was as expected at first, but just yesterday I started experiencing random, sharp shooting pains. Not on my external incision, more so in my uterus.
Am not taking any pain medication anymore. Still having red bleeding but is getting lighter, Iโd say.
Has anyone else experienced this? Have my follow up appointment soon.

Hey everyone
I donโt even know where to start with this post. Iโve recently been diagnosed with OCD and just generally feeling really uneasy and down since. For the last few years Iโve struggled with what I thought was generalized anxiety disorder, and the last year in particular has been really rough. It was only when I mentioned constant rumination, fact checking, and obsessive thought patterns to my therapist (who specializes in anxiety) when she mentioned that this was sounding more like OCD and not anxiety. She recommended her colleague who is a psychologist and OCD s specialist for me to see instead, and for a month I was in denial. When I read more into OCD and mental compulsions my jaw was on the floor, it was as if someone was literally writing about me and my struggles that have been happening for years. Therapy and lexapro both didnโt seem to be doing anything for me, and after seeing the psychologist and getting a diagnosis, Iโm now switching to Prozac. This feels like such a breakthrough in my mental health, but also I am terrified of what the future holds for me. Iโve been crying so much because of how much Iโve struggled and now I know this is something Iโll have to work through in a different way. Iโm just looking for positive stories or words of encouragement. I know that now with a proper diagnosis, ERP therapy, and medication that might actually start helping that I can get better. But everything just seems so scary right now, and itโs been a rough year.
