Hey,
I live in a small town in the UK, theirs 1 skatepark but it’s full of druggies all the time, no skateboarding.
I want to learn how skate but don’t know where to go, my gardens to small and ofc the park is off limits.
I looked at other posts about this but they all mentioned going places at night or abandoned places which I’m not sure is safe as a girl.
So are their any safer recommendations that people go to? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

I understand it may not be standard due to HIPPA, but i’m curious if it’s possible to get a remote coding internship since i’m unable to attend school until about a year and a half from now. I really want to get my foot in the door and to be completely transparent…i need a remote job. I’m struggling applying to all these remote call centers and hearing nothing back or that i would have to cancel all my cardiology and orthodontist and normal doctors appointments (which are nonnegotiable for me) for training. I’ve reached out to some local medical billing positions in hope of proper training that I can do the job, but i feel like in this field it doesn’t matter if you WANT to do it, It matters if you’ve done it and have the credentials :(

I am unable to login in Youtube plugin after update. After entering the password the login window just disappears. I get a mail from Google that a sign in has occurred. But the plugin doesn't reflect that.
Also subtitles are not working in youtube videos.
Is this happening for other people too?

My 4-year bachelor's degree is in business and commerce and I double majored in econometrics and business analytics. The econometrics major only covered the statistical stuff and barely touched on economic theory. I have also taken advanced calculus and linear algebra.
I took an introductory economics class, covering the principles of both micro and macroeconomics. I struggled quite a bit in that class as I found it hard to grasp the abstract and somewhat contradictory nature of economic theory. However, I find it very interesting.
My question is, am I fit to pursue a PhD in economics? I'm very interested in applying statistical and econometric tools to answer very important policy questions. However, I feel my weak economic background may hold me back. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Looking to work a Winter season in Colorado. From what i’ve seen an Aspen is one of the better places for pay and living expenses. For context i’m 23 years old from Australia and have never seen snow or weather below 50F so any advice or suggestions are highly appreciated. I’m looking for somewhere that i’m actually going to be able to learn how to ski or snowboard and still has good nightlife and people my age.
