please help me, i have no clue what’s going on.
so apparently i had “Asymptomatic Bacteriuria” (doctors didn’t tell me when i went, hospital didn’t either, i found out through my herbal medicine grandmother.) i was in debilitating pain and couldn’t walk, yet didn’t have vaginitis or UTI like i did a year prior.
i was using some gel to help (though i didn’t know it was a once every 3 days and was taking it once every day) and then some black chunks and specks started appearing on my TP. i stopped the gel, and it’s been about a week maybe a week and a half since the pain and stuff went away.
but black chunks still (very rarely once a day, definitely once every 2 days for sure though) come out of me. it’s not blood, it’s black and looks like one of those stupid space rock things that people put essential oils in on those necklaces. it’s like the size of my thumb nail. no pain coming out, i never feel it, but i feel gross. if ANYONE knows why this is happening and how to stop it please lmk!! my doctors and the hospital were of no help to me at all even when i was sobbing in pain.
other symtoms i’m having (related or unrelated, not sure) are:
- nausea
- lack of appetite
- discomfort down there every so often during the week
- my bartholin cyst came back and i have to get that drained again (for a second time)
- tummy aches that last much longer than normal (i was vomiting non stop saturday so it could be still from that but i don’t know.)
for context:
- i do change my underwear daily
- i shower regularly and clean my clothes regularly
- i’m a very physically cleanly person when it comes to my body
- i’m not sexually active except with me myself and i alone and i clean my stuff when i’m done with it

I am an aspiring teacher that would love to teach history due to my instructional nature and admiration for learning methodologies from my time as a Combat Instructor in the USMC. I am struggling with the thought of NOT liking things that aren't American wars and wars that shaped who we are today. Is it normal to not like certain subjects but have to teach them anyways? For me I am very disinterested in politics and the structure and all the nitty gritty. Is this the wrong field for me? I would love to teach Middle or high school.
