I would fist like to say I'm sorry for the bad story telling I just need to get all this out and I'm writing it as I'm thinking it. 20m dating a 22f
I'm male 20 from the USA dating my gf 22 for about 2 years now who lives in Indonesia. I'm currently a junior university student who wants to apply to medical school after taking a gap year, while she's also a medical student in Indonesia however she won't be able to practice medicine here without going back to college. And if I became a med student I would have to study for 4 more years before my residence phase plus the gap year which means when and if I start my residence phase she'll be 27 years old. And since she lives in Indonesia she doesn't make nearly as much money as I do due to the conversion fact. And I'm just worried about how I'll take care of her, how I can start a family with her, and how i can provide for her. I don't know what to do and it just makes me scared to think about.
How do you guys do it I know that those from Europe may have an easier time with this as they both can work hard before moving together and make a lot of money but what about other people. Please any help will be appreciated.

Nung nag go na, nagulat ako bigla umatras yung nasa harap ko. Nasalo nya ng brake pero naipit yung kanang kamay ko ng top box nya. Umabante sya ng konti, pero napaatras ulit. Muntik rin sila matumba. Todo sorry naman yung backride niya sakin. Tapos saka ko na lang na-notice nung nakaahon na at nasa main road na, maliit pala yung rider. Naka Click siya, tapos kahit naka todo tingkayad na sya, di niya talaga ilapag yung paa niya. Kailangan nakatagilid ng konti yung motor. Tapos habang sinusundan ko siya, kitang kita ko na hirap siya talaga bawat beses na titigil siya (kasi stop and go nga). Di ko lang alam if mas ok siya magdrive kung wala yung angkas, pero all the same, malaking hazard sa kalsada yung mga pinipilit gumamit ng mga motor na masyadonh mataas yung seat height.

I set a recurring transfer to start on January 31, which is when both the provincial and federal student loan programs will direct debit my loan payments. Is the next recurring transfer going to happen on the 28th of February or will it not work properly because of differing numbers of days every month?

While i continue looking for a job in the USA and finish up school, I've been struggling to find clear information on how to get myself out (even if i can only escape for a few months due to lack of assets)
Originally, I wanted to get myself into a student exchange program but I'm rather poor and also not even finished with my 2 years of community college. I've been studying Korean for the last 2 ish year and have kinda struggled with getting better but have been studying extra hard recently so i can hopefully pass the topik 3 or 4 test.
Another problem of mine is I'm FTM (female to male transgender) and don't know how accessible my hormones may be in the case i do move to South Korea. i pass well enough that most people don't clock me for being trans, and i don't often disclose my bio sex to anyone either so I'm not necessarily worried about being discriminated against.
I know its not realistic that i can or will move any time soon, but i want to at least try to get my information and life in order so i can leave. I'm very sorry if i seem uneducated or if I'm asking for something that someone else has probably asked on here, I've tried looking into stuff but i cant really wrap my head around what most of the things i see mean.

I graduated in 2023 and I managed to find a job pretty quickly. I got two offers back then, one in pediatrics and the other as a casual medicine float. I ended up going with the casual float position and I regret it very much. My orientation was supposed to be 7 shifts long, with each shift being on a different medicine unit. I ended up requesting it to be 2 shifts on each unit because I felt the original plan just wasn’t preparing me enough. I honestly still feel very incompetent and not confident.
For the first 6 months or so, I worked pretty regularly but at some point, shifts started becoming a little scarce. Because I’m casual, I’m not guaranteed hours. I’ve gone weeks without working before. My anxiety is another reason why I’m not working as much as I should be. It’s pretty awful because I’ve had breakdowns at work several times and I’m always nauseous heading into a shift. At this point, I’ve had the job since fall 2023 but I don’t even have a year of experience accumulated because of how little I’ve worked. I’ve tried to look for other jobs but I don’t think I would get hired because of my lack of experience. I’m not sure what to do about my situation.

The mom (who is there during in home sessions) had morning session time slot canceled because she was late, on Monday. The mom had the previous BT who was supposed to take the place of the BT their child had had for two years removed from the case because they claimed that BT had forgotten to flush the toilet multiple times. The old BCBA was taken off as well. So there are brand new people on the case.
