so hi sub, i am a police officer and was posted today at a jee centre. as always there were some late dummies. i knew they were all killing me in their heads lol and suddenly a person arrived and was choking like shit. he was having a damn HEART ATTACK!!! i thought this person should be allowed to enter otherwise the late people might team up and accuse me if anything happened to the guy with a heart attack. so i had to let them all in. 🤬🤬

Hallo liebes Hivemind,
ich habe grade meine Steuererklärung für 2024 angefangen und mit entsetzen festgestellt, dass mir eine Nachzahlung von 636 Euro berechnet wird. Davor habe ich immer Rückerstattungen bekommen.
Ehrlicherweise verstehe ich nicht, wie das zustandekommt. Wie kann es überhaupt passieren, dass ich zu wenig Steuern zahle ?
Zu den Eckdaten in 2024:
- Steuerklasse 1 - Durchgängig in einem Angestelltenverhältnis beschäftigt, keine Nebeneinkünfte - Zum 01.06.2024 habe ich den Arbeitgeber gewechselt mit einem guten Gehaltssprung - Dazu kommt , dass ich eine alte BAV bei meinem vorherigen Arbeitgeber aufgelöst habe die nach Lohnsteuerbescheid mit Steuerklasse 6 versteuert wurde.

Currently a first year student at IIM Nagpur..Gave CAT 2024 just for fun and have surprisingly scored 99.92 percentile..I have received calls from IIM L,K,C..I am highly confused right now whether to go for GDPI or complete my MBA at IIM Nagpur only..Given the investment I've already made in my first year, which may not be fully recoverable if I switch, is it worth it to change colleges at this point?

I’ve recently separated from my wife only about five weeks ago throughout our whole relationship. She has been an alcoholic and physically and emotionally abusive towards me. Please don’t ask me why I let myself put up with this because that’s what I’m going to Therapy for. Ha ha anyway she has taken my son and ran away to her mother‘s house 45 minutes away, making it nearly impossible for me to see him during the week as it’s an hour and a half to bring him home for a little bit and then I’m supposed to bring him back For his bedtime or wake him up super early in the morning because she is not working therefore he’s not going to daycare anymore like he has been for the last year and a half. Long story short she has a long history of alcoholism improve. She has been arrested quite a few times for assaulting me and has put my son’s life in danger and I want to file for custody Because I’m truly scared when she gets her own apartment. Nobody will be able to check on her drinking, my question is that I recently requested records from a police department in a town where I lived for one year and there was an incident where I had to call the police. I called 911 on her for being completely out of control and assaulting me attacking me constantly, the police came and she was arrested for assault/domestic violence and I was treated by a paramedic on site. I ended up dropping the charges, of course because she was pregnant I think or we were trying for a baby and I don’t know I was trying to save my family. I used to always go to sleep in my car when she got like that but we had just moved to a new apartment and I was done with doing that. I didn’t want her to get in trouble. I just needed help. Anyway, Lieutenant Aunt from the department emailed me back and said that my request through Oprah was denied and he couldn’t give me any more information except sending me the Oprah guidelines and I don’t understand because I was the victim, I was the one that called 911 and I requested anything and everything that they could give me, including police reports, pictures of my injuries, a transcript of the 911 call any notes literally anything they could give me that would help me in a custody case, proving her violence and I was denied saying specifically no records available. I could possibly understand that since the chargers were dropped there wouldn’t be any court proceedings technically maybe, but there should absolutely be an arrest report and body camera footage. Some sort of documentation about a 911 called being made an arrest being made and since I am requesting it because I am the victim, I do not understand why I’ve been denied access to anything. This is extremely frustrating because there’s only a few instances that I can actually get proof of aside from text messages between me and my family and friends explaining what’s recently happened I’m not sure that will hold up in court as well as a police report. Can anybody explain this or familiar with Oprah guidelines or works and records? It would really be appreciated. My son‘s life is at hand. I am truly worried for him when she gets her own apartment and I am not there for her to take her anger out on she’s been neglectful of my son his entire life and has only seem to care about him since she left and he’s pretending to be super mom. I think her family has finally whipped her into shape having full control over her and my son, but five weeks of pretending and texting me like a professional doesn’t undo 2 1/2 years of neglect and abuse.

(I will change the names of my friends out of respect) Recently we made peace with our mutual friend (let's say her name is Diana) she asked a question yesterday "Do you know about Gravity Falls???" My friend (let's call her Vika) She said that she knows a little about this cartoon.
They continued to communicate, and I did not see this question. And today Diana asked him again. "I answered "no, I don't know" then my friend asked if we knew about the Tokyo Hotel group? But she wrote me a personal message 5 minutes ago. "Shut your mouth" I told her "no" she wrote "leave me alone". I asked "Why are you lying, what's the problem??" She said that I'm embarrassing her. I wrote " You could have written, yes, I was once crazy about them, and that's it" She started lying to me that she didn't fall in love I asked her "Vik don't lie, I remember how we discussed it, I continued to communicate calmly
She told me "That didn't happen" We continued arguing and then she wrote "I only trusted you." I was silent, then she responded to one of my messages "And do you know better than me?" I said "You told me about this, so I probably know?" She said that I never listened to her. we continued to argue and in the end she wrote "And what difference does it make to you? Was I lying or not? it didn't happen, then I know better" I realized that it was useless to communicate and that she was lying to me...
what should I do? I think both my friend and I are to blame... but I'm not sure

Hola redditor@s bellos, les escribo para saber si alguno ha pasado por alguna situación parecida y me puede dar alguna idea de lo que puede estar pasando. Tengo un departamento en arriendo en el centro, todo ok con mi arrendatario, 10 de 10, me indica que hay malos olores saliendo de los desagues, esta semana lo he visitado dos veces y no he sentido nada realmente, revise los sifones de lavamanos y lavaplatos, tome el olor del agua directamente del sifón y no sentí nada, el agua estaba limpia. Anoche me dijo que la situación se repitió, lo había visitado esa misma tarde y nada. Así que asumo que el olor aparece en las horas de alto flujo, me refiero a las mañanas y en las tardes tipo 8 o 9. La administración, ni hablar, si no hay mierda saliendo de los tubos, no se van a mover. ¿alguno ha pasado por alguna situación similar? Vi que hay sifones que usan una trampa de agua para los olores, ¿alguno los ha probado?
