2025.01.23 06:01 Then_Return7436 Need help creating a self-study plan - feeling overwhelmed!
I'm trying to get my shit together and make a study plan for myself, but it's a total trainwreck. I always gotta make things way harder than they need to be. Like, if I wanna speak English like a boss, my brain goes into overdrive thinking about every single tiny step: gotta be fast, gotta nail the grammar, gotta sound like a native, blah blah blah. It's like, breaking down one goal into a million pieces just makes it seem impossible to even start.
Math is the same crap. If I miss one tiny little detail, I freak out thinking I'll screw everything up later and have to relearn the whole damn thing. It's exhausting just thinking about it! No wonder I end up doing jack shit. Motivation? Forget about it, it's gone.
I'm already stressed from school, barely sleeping, and trying to remember stuff I learned ages ago. Even trying to write this post is a pain in the ass, let alone making a study plan. Notes and outlines? Yeah, right, like that's gonna happen.
So, anyone got any tips on how to make a study plan that doesn't make me want to jump off a bridge? Need some real advice, not that BS 'break it down into smaller steps' crap, because that's the problem! Help a brother out! 🙏
It is even harder for me to formulate my thoughts into a format. I am far from taking notes and outlining.

Hi, I recently adopted a three week old kitten. She is very lively and gorges down anything and everything. Even though its advised that they need liquid food at this age I have started feeding her semi-liquid porridge like wet food of (made up of boiled chicken and stock) and she has been enjoying it really well. But somebody advised me to add carrot to their wet food so ladded almost the same amount of carrot to the wet food. I noticed some aversion to her meal so should I keep feeding her this mixture or add boiled fish to it because I don't want the food to go to waste.
