My mom bought a Lumina house many years ago and she already paid atleast half a million I guess but we haven’t stayed to that house eversince and last August we tried to visit the our unit because My mom was planning to sell it to our friend but to our surprise, our unit was being stayed by somebody and they even parked a motorcycle inside of it and the place looks disgusting. My mom is paying thru PAGIBIG and she tried to reach out to the one who is in charge but she hasn’t heard from them eversince.
PAGIBIG advised my mom to just keep paying to the unit but ayaw na namin since lugi na kami in the first place kasi iba naman na ang nakatira but binabayaran pa rin namin and now my mom is planning na itigil naman ang pagbayad sa unit namin and sa laki na rin ng nabayaran niya, I am just wondering if is there a way that we can still get a full refund from it kaysa sa totally na wala kami makukuha dahil nasasayangan talaga kami kasi parang nagtapon lang kami ng pera.

Ich kämpfe mit Frizz und geknickten, glatten Strähnen und sehe nach jedem Mal Haarewaschen aus wie eine Vogelscheuche, egal was ich tue. Ich weiß grob, wo meine Schwierigkeiten liegen, aber nicht, wie ich das Ganze bändigen kann.
Ich suche einen Friseur in Hannover, der kompetent im Umgang mit Locken ist, sich auch Zeit nimmt und mich berät. Bei allen Friseuren, bei denen ich bis jetzt war, wurden meine Haare schnell gewaschen, halb trockengerubbelt und dann wild durchgeföhnt, aus Zeitgründen, wie ich annehme. Ich sollte sie auch schon selbst föhnen. Dann bezahle ich einen Haufen Geld und sehe genauso schlimm aus wie immer. Ich brauche jemanden, der meine Locken respektiert, dann stört mich auch ein höherer Preis nicht. Irgendwelche Empfehlungen? 🥲🥲🥲

2025.01.23 06:59 deadbeatdaughterrr Do any antidepressants actually work?
Hii so I'm 17F and I've been taking antidepressants off and on since I was 12. The first one I remember taking was Trazodone but I stopped taking it bc it made me really sick. I was on Prozac and Mirtazipine for a couple months but I still had the same symptoms and my insomnia was getting worse.
There were some other medications but I don't remember the names, those didn't work either. I genuinely feel hopeless bc no meds work for me, if anything they make my symptoms worse. I can't sleep for more than 3 hours and I get ready bad mood swings.
I have a few psychiatrist appointments next month with a new doctor and I'm afraid I'm gonna get prescribed something that doesn't work AGAIN. Is there anything specific I need to say to them? I feel like the doctors in my state don't care or understand how much this affects me.
