hi. 25f here. i’ve been taking 25mg Atenolol once a day since february 2021 due to high heart rate. and i started taking 1000mg Metformin XR once a day to treat my PCOS about 5-6 months ago now. my primary care doctor says it’s okay to take the two together but i’ve been reading that this can lead to bad problems like lactic acidosis? idk i guess i’m coming here for a second opinion on this.

The level of healing of support characters is fucking crazy and makes this game almost impossible to actually get kills with supports able to constantly just feed healing into themselves and teammates. Add in stuns, mobility, and revive mechanics it’s make everything feel actively worse. I really feel like netease need to put in a characters with anti healing powers, or maybe steal the whole damage passive thing from overwatch. Where a character who is actively getting shot at gets less healing so just pumping heals into a single person and making them basically immortal is lot harder. Maybe make work on every role because I don’t see much of reason for it to be duelist exclusive thing

Im 26F 340lb 5'8 and 360 has been my heaviest. I got low thyroid and bad at taking my meds and have not had doctor to regulate to ensure im on right dosage in years. Also type 2 diabetic and just take metformin. Live a sedentary life style, we own an exercise bike and I did 10 minutes intense tonight. I find it hard to bring myself to do it. Almost like its humiliating being seen exercising or people knowing I cant explain the feeling. I drink mostly water, coffee and sugar free energy drinks occasionally. Im thinking of getting a dumbell but unsure what weight. We have a 50lb one but its too much for me. I wont be getting much time to walk around town until the late spring due to cold. I want to bring change and shred that weight but having trouble finding my footing. I lose 20-30lbs then gain it all back and plateau around 340lbs.

 | I woke up this morning to see that I was now following JD Vance, and several people I know who have publicly stated their distain for this new government were now following both Vance and Trump. I texted this people and they were in horror. I'm in Australia, so this is something that is happening world wide. Folks, this is an incredibly dangerous start to a term. Beginning with manipulation, and medie being forcibly twisted to align with the interests of the government. Whether or not you support the laws of this new government, we can all agree that taking away people's agency and their chance to freely speak either for or against a public figure is a dystopian nightmare. What next, do all posts criticising Trump get banned from social media? If this was a perfect government that worked hard to support people, then why would they be afraid of criticism? This is what we can expect to see over the 4 years, and it's only going to expand with each passing month. So it's within the best interests of every person to use whatever agency they have to take action. In my case, I'm reporting Vance and Trump, seeing as they bought followers, which is absolutely cheating the system. One report is insignificant, but if enough people do it, then we're taking a step to maintain agency and free speech. Whatever you want to do, regardless of your political affiliation, you should be given the space to do it as long as you're not actively harming people in the process. "The Board will also hold a public workshop to hear information related to the second phase of comprehensive redistricting at 6 p.m. on January 27, 2025, in the Board Room. At the workshop, the Board will be presented with scenarios developed by consultant WXY. The workshop is open to the public, but no public comment or testimony will be taken.
The scenarios are not recommendations, but different plans on which public comment will be accepted beginning February 3, 2025. That comment will be used by Dr. Bedell to deliver a recommendation to the Board later this year.
Phase 2 of the redistricting process covers the Annapolis, Arundel, Broadneck, Crofton, Severna Park, South River, and Southern clusters. Information on the redistricting timeline will be available at www.aacps.org/phase2redistricting beginning at the conclusion of the workshop.
The workshop will be broadcast live on AACPS-TV and on AACPS’ YouTube channel."
