For me(M25) and my partner(F26) the longest we have been in a video call was one that lasted 3+ days(77 and a half hours) as I was on sick leave and she was working from home.
We spent it either sleeping in the call, sending reels to each other, having lunch and dinner together, playing video games and watching anime together.
We also did some private adult time stuff as well lol. And whilst she worked I would lay resting to recover from being ill and we would make jokes about some of the stupid questions she had to deal with from customers

Normaly I'm able to ignore these thoughts or just not put in enough energy to care but some days like today I just hyper focus on everything I think is negative about myself. I don't think I will ever actually like or have a neutral opinion of myself. At one point I had finally managed to be happy and confident with who I was but I was quickly reminded of how pathetic, ugly, and unlovable I am. I feel bad for feeling this way because I have been told it's not true but my brain constantly twist everything to prove how awful and ugly I am. I wish that I could stop thinking this way but the smallest reminders and comments cause me to think about all of my flaws or how I'm just not really attractive. I hate talking about this because I feel like I'm crazy for how easily I get jealous and insecure and I feel like a terrible person for constantly thinking any positive comments are just said to placate me or just out of kindness not sincerity.

Hello I’ve had pain for a number of months whenever I climb two days in a row or do an especially intense or long day of climbing. I am trying to figure out what exactly my issue is so I can properly rehab it. I just read Steven’s article, but I am somewhat unclear on what areas of pain exactly are related to lateral or medial epicondylitis. I don’t understand what exactly is meant by the “inside” and “outside” of the elbow. The pain is in the very outside edge of the crease of my elbow. To try to clarify, when holding my arm at 90 degrees with palm up, the pain point is visible and on the side of the elbow away from my body. I hope that makes sense and thanks for any help.

I might have injured my thumb. If I did or did not please tell me healing time because I have a jui Jitsu tournament this weekend. And I want to still go like normal.
So I was being stupid and tried to do a three fingered push up with a weighted vest and my thumb kinda collapsed/died. Like an idiot I just like popped it in and out, at least I think, twice more right after and then I stopped. It doesn’t hurt and I can move normally but I think it pops out still if I put pressure. I haven’t checked since if that is true. Healing time required? Here is a photo from ~1 hr after. It looks the same size as my other thumb which is fine.
