First of all, im so happy i found this community. Almost every post resonates with me and i can relate to many of you.
Now to my problem, i have always watched shows with deep themes to "stimulate" me, i consider myself a pretty "hard" person in Real Life (maybe because of a shielding mechanism so i dont get hurt by other people) but when it comes to shows (especially animated), i cant help but break down if something bad happenes.
For example the Disney Shows "Amphibia" or "The Owl House". The Endings were of course happy but there were a lot of extremely sad moments and even the fact that the show ended and that i'd never get to see "new memories" of the characters made it feel like ive lost the love of my life.
I found myself constantly crying when i think about it.`But i also cant help watching new shows to fill the hole the last one left.
I know i should think about it as happy memory that it happened and i read the phrase "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened." more times than i would like.
Any ideas what could help?

I have been having what I thought were digestive issues for about a year. Right sided bloating and dull ache under the rib cage. The bloating is gone every morning. Was convinced it was something with my gallbladder. Labs were mostly normal with just slightly elevated albumin. My doc ordered an ultrasound and all came back normal except an 11mm non obstructing stone in the lower pole. I have another appointment tomorrow to discuss next steps. Urinary symptoms are minor increase in frequency. The dull ache does not prevent me from doing most things and I’ve stayed active. Someone please tell me this is not going to ruin my summer.

Hallo zusammen,
wir befinden uns aufgrund von uns unterstellen Mängeln, die die Wohnung schon bei Einzug hatte, derzeit in einem Rechtsstreit mit unseren Ex-Vermietern um unsere Kaution wiederzubekommen und nicht noch saftig draufzahlen zu müssen. Die Vermieter haben während der Mietdauer und auch beim Einzug auf locker getan, alle Mängel mit "Wir wissen, dass die da sind, die werden natürlich auch beim Auszug noch da sein. Aber das wird euch nicht zu Lasten gelegt, ihr wart das ja nicht" abgetan. Beim Auszug wurde dann jede Schramme auf die Goldwaage gelegt und sie wollten 3,5k € von uns für die beim Einzug noch locker abgestempelten Mängel. Es gab weder ein Einzugs- noch ein Auszugsprotokoll. Mich ärgert die Situation so, weil sie so locker gewirkt hatten und ich sonst mehr Beweise aufgenommen hätte.
Jetzt bin ich mit meinen Gedanken die ganze Zeit bei den Nachmietern, nicht dass es denen auch so gehen wird. Ich würde Ihnen nach dem Gerichtstermin gerne alle Fotos von uns bei Einzug und Auszug zukommen lassen und sie einfach mal darüber informieren, dass sie besser alles dokumentieren sollen. Das Problem ist, dass die Kontaktaufnahme bestimmt negativ, als Rufmord oder Ähnliches ausgelegt werden kann. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob es nun Verwandte der Vermieter geworden sind, irgendeine Frau von den Besichtigungen soll nämlich mit ihnen verwandt gewesen sein. Jetzt wohnt da ein Pärchen. Würdet ihr den Nachmietern stecken, dass es einen Prozess gegeben haben wird, und wenn ja, wie würdet ihr das tun? Ist das komisch, wenn auf einmal jemand klingelt und das so erzählt? 😅 Oder wärt ihr sogar dankbar für so eine Info?

Recently my sister has started spending most of her time studying or talking to her friends . we were used to be very close and did everything together. we were so close that we didn't even go to some place say an event if other didn't go. but now that she is busy ( or maybe has her friends at more priority than me). it is making me feel very sad and weird.
With very shame i have to mention that for her i used to have incest feeling later it became very less when my ocd was in control and we were even more close then. but since she has stopped spending time with me i have a very small incest feeling arising again, also lots of jealousy for her friends, most of the time it comes to my mind that one of her friend might be her boyfriend and she is ignoring me to spend time with me.

Lately, I’ve been waking up with a sense of dread and anxiety. I would say that those sensations start to go away in a few hours and then I feel better. I would say since being in lamotragine that I’ve had more spaced out dips in mood and when I am feeling off that instead of being at a 9 or 10 of feeling bad, it’s more like a 3 or 4. It doesn’t stop me from carrying on with me day but it makes me feel unmotivated and like I’m just drifting by. Anyone else feel this way when they wake up? It’s either been a jolt of anxiety or a depression where I don’t want to get out of bed.
