TLDR; I'm conflicted because I want to get into pest control but I don't want to kill anything that's an animal. I'm wondering if companies value that POV or if they wouldn't hire me, as well as if you're "allowed" to choose what jobs to do.
(Skip first 2 paragraphs if you don't care about context) I know how this sounds but hear me out. For one, I live in Michigan in an area that jobs are apparently pretty hard to come by and I've been trying to extend my search outside of warehouse jobs after 70+ applications have gotten me nowhere. For two, I'm looking into pest control because I don't like pesty insects, specifically bed bugs and roaches- I had them most of my childhood and it caused genuine psychological damage so I enjoy the idea of being able to help families solve these issues. There's also great benefits and growth opportunities in the pest control industry. Here's where my issue lies: I love rodents. I don't think I could bring myself to set a trap or poison bombs with the intent of killing any animal, especially after growing up on a farm where many of my pets met horrible fates. *My question is, are you allowed to reject certain jobs like moles in someone's yard or mice in their attic, or are you required to do the job at all costs? Would a company respect the perspective of someone who values those lives or would I be setting myself up for failure? I 100% understand not wanting to live with them and wouldn't be opposed to helping while a coworker does what I can't, but I'm not confident I could handle that part of the job and I worry for what would happen if I move forward with this idea. I'm not sure how else to ask this or if this is even the right sub to go to (I'm still new-ish to reddit, i apologize), I'm just looking for advice wherever I can find it. Thanks in advance.

The Fourth Theme
Yes, I stole this from last year, but it's the music theory theme that keeps on giving! This week, lets explore the wonderful world of Dorian.
The Dorian mode is a scale that corresponds to the white keys of a piano from D to D. Alternately, it is a minor scale with a natural 6th degree. The pattern is whole step–half step–whole–whole–whole–half–whole — in C, this is C-D-Eb-F-G-A-Bb-C.
Many songs have been written primarily using the Dorian mode. Its defining feature is that it has a minor tonic (i) chord, but a major subdominant (IV) chord. This is heard in many jazz and funk tunes (such as Miles Davis' "So What", Van Morrison's "Moondance", and Stevie Wonder's "I Wish"). It can also give a medieval/traditional feel to folk songs (for example, "Scarborough Fair" - also most modern versions of "Greensleeves" use the natural sixth of Dorian mode).

Hi. Two friends and I were trying to make the ZnS Easter egg on Xbox. We tried 3 times, and got disconnected mid-game thrice. We didn’t have any kind of connectivity issue previously, and there were no problems with our internet connections.
