Ho un problema di salute per cui mi hanno messo un sensore sotto pelle che comunica col cellulare dei valori in tempo reale. Spesso capita che dal telefono parta con un allarme per il quale devo correre ai ripari e congiuntamente interromperlo. Tutto questo è certificato da specialisti ospedalieri.
Nel caso la polizia mi fermasse mentre sto toccando il telefono per via dell'allarme o controllando l'andamento dei miei valori potrebbero multarmi?
In caso di multa secondo voi quante possibiltà avrei di vincere un ricorso? In caso i valori che monitoro fossero sballati senza che me ne accorgessi potrei diventare pericoloso alla guida.
