2025.01.23 17:41 Dogman005 How do multiple endings work? Trying to understand when FNAF 3’s secret minigames take place
In games like FNAF 3, Security Breach, and Help Wanted 2 how do the endings work? SB and HW2 have a canon ending but events from the other endings still seem to take place anyway. I ask because I want to figure out if those multiple endings could give us a better answer to how and when the secret minigames for FNAF 3 take place to give us Happiest Day.
I’ve been thinking about Happiest Day and its lead up. Mangles Quest, Chica’s Party, Stage 01, and RWQ’s minigame all have to be done on the night after their clues are given in FNAF 3. That leaves out BB’s Air Adventure and Happiest Day itself. BB’s minigame has to be played before Mangles Quest so the Balloons can be collected, so really the only minigame that can be accessed at any time period is Happiest Day itself.
Is it possible that the secret minigames in FNAF 3 are still “played” during the time at Fazbear’s Fright and then Happiest Day isn’t accessible until FNAF 6 or after, or is the set up completely after FNAF 3’s events?

I am an avid Arkham Horror LCG player. Deck building is a breeze when using arkhamdb.com. it's a database of all the cards. You can search for specific key words of text on the card, look at all the cards of a particular type, and quickly build a deck.
Is there anything similar for pokemon tcg?
I don't have a large collection. I want to build a deck that focuses on specific types of cards, ie draw, search, or discard as an example. I'd like to search for key words on card text, then buy the exact singles.
Any help and advice would be amazing.

I've been working on a project the past few weeks where I'm analyzing SAM files for specific point mutations. I'm aware that bcftools has the commands mpileup and call that are meant to locate those mutations and return them as a vcf file. However, whenever I run my commands through the terminal, the output is always a vcf with only headers, as seen below.

I'm buying a flat and today my solicitor has come back with what she has called "challenges" she has identified. I am worried and don't quite understand all of the below. I'll speak to her tomorrow and would appreciate any advice. Should I pull out of the purchase?
She has emailed the following:
- Ground rent increasing The ground rent is £125 per annum until 2034, when the ground rent then rises to £250 for the next 30 years, £500 for the next 30 years and £1,000 for the remainder of the term.
In the event, therefore, that the ground rent exceeds £250 per annum, as a matter of law, the lease would be deemed to be an assured tenancy as if you were renting the property. Some lenders, therefore, require a clause in the lease to prevent the landlord from being able to rely on Ground 8 of the HA 1988, known as “a mortgagee protection clause”. The lease does not contain this clause at present.
Whilst the present ground rent is within the threshold and is not of concern, as it will rise in future years, the overall ground rent provisions may be unacceptable to your lender and will no doubt cause you issue upon any re-sale of the property, especially if a party is purchasing with a mortgage. The current provisions may be unacceptable to future mortgage lenders and may deter future purchasers as this could be considered an onerous lease clause. You will see I have therefore requested a “Deed of Variation” so that the lease can be formally varied to incorporate a mortgagee protection clause and ideally to ensure that the ground rent provisions are capped so they do not exceed £250 per annum. It may be that the freeholder will not agree to this latter point, we can however try!
- Re-Entry In the leasehold, there is a proviso for re-entry if rentcharges or any part thereof should be in arrears for 12 months or if there is any breach of covenant (the covenants mentioned upon the leasehold title). A note has then be added to say the rentcharges referred to in the first paragraph have been extinguished so it may be that a rentcharge is no longer applicable which would certainly be welcome news, though oddly there is no associated documentation registered relating to this, hence I have asked for more detail from the seller’s solicitor. Even if rentcharges are no longer applied, I assume the re-entry provision for breach of covenant is still enforceable, though I appreciate the chance of any party trying to enforce the covenant is small, we do still need to consider the risks, and your lender will also want to ensure any such risk is reported to them/cleared off.
