I want to test a strategy I thought off before putting money in myself, but I have no idea how to do this.
My idea is: buying a tracker (like QQQ) every time it goes down, and buy the % change in 1000 euro's . So for example: if it goes down 1% I buy 1000 euro's worth, if it goed down 12% I buy 12000 euro's worth. If the tracker goes up, I buy nothing.
Lots of nuances here, so let's assume I buy at the same time each day. 30 min after market open for example. And % change is rounded downwards to the nearest full percentage.
Any idea how to test this? I'm not great at programming, so making a program myself is tricky for me. If anyone is willing to help, would be appreciated!

2025.01.23 17:34 Dogwarden Repaying Council Tax, how do I go about it?
it turns out I've claimed single person discount for a period I shouldn't have (person staying here didn't fit in with the exemptions and I thought they did).
No one is coming after me but I need to repay it (daren't risk the issue).
Do I just write to the Council and what is the response likely to be? To be honest, I'm not sure what years I had this for, but I know it was at least 2.

I hope y'all understand what I'm gonna talk about instead of downvoting me for no reason.
I liked him really well until he started doing extreme numbers after, After hours. Not bad tbh. It's great that he did numbers. But then after Dawn FM, the success he saw, it was really more than what he did before After Hours. 2020 changed his career and took him to a new heights he's still on.
But I think, he got into some kind of attitude after that. As if he's the greatest. Tbh, he's really good, but definitely can't say the greatest. He clearly started doing less features and said "I won't do no features". He started neglecting his label mates completely, not even giving them one feature, Especially after Dawn FM's success (he was nice before that still).
He made his own show, and what not? But when majority of it started flopping, he stopped communications. He got scared or something like that. And he's now back on music, cuz that's so far the only great thing he does.
Although he does deserves his fame cuz he's really talented, We should always stay grounded. Otherwise, mother nature knows how to.
I think, that's what's wrong with him. But? Who knows?

I recently downloaded Hinge. I’m been trying to weed out the people who I feel wouldn’t be good fits for me or I for them. I recently matched with this man who I found out is super religious. I raps religious music and highly promoted it on his social media. I just found out what he does. His Hinge profile said he did something else for work.
So I let him know that I feel like we would not be a good match. As I do believe in God and I do believe in a higher power, but I do not actively practice my faith. And I told him that I would not be able to support him in his work. I feel like he deserves someone who will support him in that aspect. After telling him this, he thought I was crazy for saying that we wouldn’t be compatible. And then he decided to share with me that he just got out of a divorce and that he was looking to just have fun. Which I replied I’m not looking for fun. I’m looking for someone. I am compatible with because I’m seeking long-term companionship and a serious relationship.
I’m trying not to just unmatched people without giving them an explanation as to why I feel like we’re not compatible. I don’t like to leave people questioning why something wouldn’t work out. But is driving me crazy how some men are trying to justify how we could possibly be something.
Should I continue to be honest with these people or should I just match once I know we’re not compatible?
