Just yesterday I was promoted to digital marketing director.
I was wondering if I can find any job in USA remotely .
I have read online that I need permission to work or something like that. Also, some website said that i need to begin as an intern cause my experience outside usa isn't recognized.

Hello because the b580 is kinda illusive, my friend recommended the b570, I'm fine with either I just wanted to know if anyone has played like, Skyrim nodded with enb and how well it runs. My current gpu is a 1060 gtx 6gb, to be precise I want to play at 60+ fps on my favorite games which include:
Pso2 ngs which always has been 70+
Dragons Dogma, which my current gpu can't play well
Bg3
The first descendant
Palworld
And future titles I'm going to get include Stella Blade whenever it hits pc

2025.01.23 13:30 Vegetable-Two-4644 How do I change the party?
Obviously I don't expect I can do it all myself, but I do want to get involved with the party so that I can try to make changes in the democratic party. I live in an area where the democratic party has been losing ground significantly the past 8 years, as many of us do.
I know I can go to the local meetings. I will begin doing this, but I am very worried about being able to make any change because we need to do something to change our perception on a local level but I don't knlw what that should be exactly.
On top of that, my experience has been that liberals and moderate democrats loathe progressive democrats and I'm not even sure why let alone what to do about the way leftists are viewed by the democratic party as a whole.
Any thoughts?

2025.01.23 13:30 Time_Arrival_9429 What do you "owe" an LO, if anything?
Looking for frank opinions here: given how intense limerence is, and chances are the LO has never experienced being an LO before. I mean we are basically love bombing at an epic level (I'm not necessarily using that term in the narcissistic sense). If the limerence ends, or if you get to a point where you can at least distance yourself effectively either with LC or NC-- do you "owe" the "victim" of all this anything?
I know the answer will depend on the LO and how they have treated you and what they want, if anything.
My exexLO was damaged by the experience. He wanted to remain friends after I stopped being limerent (which took me 7 years). I agreed as long as he didn't try to romanticize or sexualize the relationship, but he repeatedly did both, so I went hard NC.
But I still feel responsible because I was the "crazy" limerent one.
My current LO is not a good person. He has treated me, and others, quite poorly. He has been verbally, emotionally, and sexually abusive. So part of me feels I maybe don't owe him anything. I am still limerent but at a point where I can distance myself with minimal agony [on a side note, please have hope things will get better. I'm not saying I'm the worst limerent here but I'm probably up there. So if I can get to this point of inner emotional distance, truly any of you can, I absolutely believe that. And I have not replaced hum with a new LO. This has all been done with inner work and introspection. Compare this to this time last year where seeing him or not, or getting texts from him or not, literally felt like a frantic life or death situation.].
But then I get hung up on this idea that I'm treating him badly if I don't keep up the daily adoration campaign. When I go quiet he does miss it (or claims to). Basically I feel I have backed myself into a corner, where even if he has been awful, it's my fault in the first place for being limerent and allowing myself to act on that limerence. Even before I learned the official term limerence, I knew I had a lifelong problem with "people obsessions" that could spiral out of control. So I was well aware of this going in, although I absolutely did not anticipate how horrible he would be-- albeit I did have a nebulous bad feeling about him all along.
Sorry for the long rambling, if anyone has feedback or can relate to this, I appreciate that.
