I (M23) have been having problems for the last two days. I feel itching and slight pain in my urethra when urinating (it goes away when I finish), my urine is slightly cloudy (smells normal though) and I've noticed stringy, white particles floating in it. Do I have to go see a doctor, and is it treatable without antibiotics? I just finished taking one for an outer ear infection so I understandably don't want to go for a second one.

hey! so i have a degenaration problem on my left knee but i NEED to lose weight to be healthier. my stamina sucks, i cant get up the stairs without sweating etc. i need to get rid of my thigh fat without losing my glutes + lose some of the weight on my belly&arms. i'm aware this won't be easy at home/without any profesional help. but i started a calorie deficit and i'm quite determined. does anyone know how do i not hurt my knee more so i dont make it so bad that it requires surgery?

 | “Fort Chipewyan, AB - We would like to provide an update to our members regarding a lawsuit filed on behalf of Mikisew Cree First Nation (MCFN) in March 2024 against Maurice Law concerning their receipt of more than $8 million from our Cows & Ploughs (Agricultural Benefits) Settlement in 2018. Among other claims, MCFN asserts that Maurice Law was unjustly enriched by these payments. There are two key aspects to this Statement of Claim: 1. Maurice Law agreed to repay MCFN $2,692,264.17 of our Treaty monies that were sent to him as “legal fees” (equivalent to 2% of the settlement, while Maurice Law ultimately took 6% in legal fees); and 2. MCFN claims that the Nation was denied the right to challenge the total legal fee of $8,158,376 paid to Maurice Law. In the lawsuit, MCFN claims that in 2017, when our members questioned Maurice Law about their contingency fee agreement—an arrangement that entitles lawyers to a percentage of our Treaty settlement funds regardless of the work done—Ron Maurice agreed to donate back 2% of the settlement, which amounted to $2,692,264.17. When we received our Treaty settlement funds in 2018, Maurice Law and a loan/insurance company that had previously covered Maurice Law’s legal fees were paid first. Maurice Law received $8,158,376 under a Trust Agreement that Maurice Law had drafted. No invoice was provided for this fee, which is a requirement under the Alberta Rules of Court. Our lawsuit asserts that the lack of an invoice is significant, as it would have informed Mikisew of its right to challenge the approximately $8 million payment. The lawsuit claims that, in addition to the $8,158,376, Maurice Law persuaded Mikisew to take out a litigation loan of $1,597,397.04 by recommending another lawyer and insurance company. Half of this loan amount was paid to Maurice Law on top of the contingency fee, while the remaining half went toward interest and fees for the insurer and bank. The lawsuit further claims that, in 2018, when asked to repay the amount from the $2,692,264.17, Ron Maurice stated in writing that the agreement was to repay in installments of $250,000 over 10 years. He made the first $250,000 payment, partially fulfilling the agreement MCFN had. However, by the time the claim was filed in March 2024, he had not repaid the remaining balance of at least $2,250,000 under what Mikisew calls the “fee return agreement.” In 2021, MCFN began asking for an invoice from Maurice, after reviewing the Tallcree decisions, where the lawyer was ordered to return $8 million from an $11 million payment to their lawyer on the Cows & Ploughs. It was only after these requests that, in March 2022, Maurice Law produced an invoice that was only created in February 2022, the lawsuit alleges, despite him receiving payment directly from the trust in 2018. Maurice Law has never produced another invoice, nor indicated when a previous invoice was sent. Mikisew is also seeking the right to challenge the total payment to Maurice Law as unreasonable, like Tallcree First Nation did. In response, Maurice Law asserts that the agreement to repay $2,692,264.17 from our Treaty funds was a gift (“ex gratia payment”) and that he is not obligated to fulfill this alleged gift. Keine Ahnung ob hier jemand das beantworten kann aber der Veranstalter antwortet mir nicht und die Angaben auf deren Seite sind sehr undeutlich.
Ich brauche aufgrund einer Erkrankung manchmal einen Gehstock. Diese Schübe kommen teils sehr plötzlich, daher habe ich oft eine faltbaren Gehstock dabei. Ich habe aber (noch) keinen Behindertenausweis um das nach zu weisen.
Hat jemand damit Erfahrung? Kann ich den mit in ein Konzert nehmen oder laufe ich Gefahr, dass der mir abgenommen wird?

Já tem 5 anos que me formei do ensino médio e numa escola muito precária, não lembro e nem aprendi muita coisa, mas estudei uns 4 meses ano passado e fiz a fuvest, só que minha nota final foi apenas 410. Por gentileza, poderiam me recomendar dicas de estudo/preparo para a prova deste ano?
Uma outra dúvida, levando em consideração que farei tudo online, vale a pena fazer o curso do Poliedro (extensivo noite) ou vocês acham melhor eu assinar os cursos de cada matéria separadamente (tipo Geografia e Atualidades com a Thais Formaggio, Exatas com Ferreto, etc...)? obrigado!

 | Merhabalar, Çok sık olmasa da hem üniversiteyi okurken hem de çalışırken özellikle bu zamanlarda sınav telaşının artması ve bir çok kişinin nasıl çalışmalıyım, ne kadar zaman ayırmalıyım, yetiştirebilecek miyim gibi bir çok soruyu aklından geçirmiştir veya geçiriyordur. Merak etmeyin aynı düşünceleri ben de zamanında geçirdim. Biraz uzun bir yazı olabilir. Hem bu sebeple hem de slisan ettiysem özür dilerim. Öncelikle kendimi kısa bir anlatayım. Lise sınavında 7%'lik bir dereceyle bir Anadolu Lisesi'nde okudum. 9.,11. ve 12. sınıflarda dönem birincisi olarak bitirdim. Sonucunda da liseyi birincilikle bitirdim. Lise zamanında sadece 12. sınıfta üniversite sınavı için ek bir kurs/dershane'ye (adına ne derseniz artık) gittim. Sonucunda da 3400 ile İTÜ Bilgisayar Mühendisliği'ne girdim ve 4 sene sonunda 3.38 ile yaz stajımı yapıp mezun oldum. Staj bittikten sonra 1 ay içerisinde iş buldum ve 2023 Ekim'den beri çalışıyorum. Şimdi de eğer bir sıkıntı çıkmaz ise vizemi aldktan sonra TU Braunschweig'a Data Science Master yapmak için Nisan'da Almanya'ya gideceğim. Başlangıç ve TYT Sınava çalışmaya 11. sınıf bittikten sonra Temmuz'da başladım. Çalışma şekli olarak TYT ile başlayıp test kitabını önüme aldım ve en baştan çözmeye başladım. Başlangıçta Matematik, Fizik, Biyoloji ve Kimya konuları ile başlayıp her gün her derse en az 125 soru olacak şekilde bir baraj koydum ve elimden geldiğince eğer ki dersin konusu hakkında bir sıkıntım yoksa yaptım veya yapmaya çalıştım. Eğer herhangi bir dersten çözeceğim sıradaki konu hakkında hatırlamadığım veya çözdüklerim arasında yapamadım konular var ise ertesi günü Matematik>Fizik>Kimya>Biyoloji öncelik sıralamasına göre çalıştım. Konu çalıştığım zamanlarda odağım konuyu erken bitirip soru çözmeye hızlıca dönmek gibi bir yöntem ile değil, mümkün olduğunca lisede 9. ve 10. sınıfta tuttuğum defter notlarıma bakarak oldu. Dershane başlayana kadar kendimce bu kadar çalıştım. Dershane okullardan önce başladı ve bununla birlikte klasik dershanenin işlediği konu bittikten sonra çözme oldu. Okul başlayana kadar günüm ortalama 5 saat dershane, 2 saat yol, 2 saat yemek, 5 saat bireysel çalışma, 8 saat uyku ve 2 saat kadar da boş mola zamanları oldu. Bazı günler esneklik olarak bireysel çalışma tarafında azalmalar veya hiç olmadığı günler istisna olarak illaki oldu. Okul başladıktan sonra sömestr tatiline kadar bir günüm; 7.15-8.30: Uyanış, kahvaltı, otobüs ile okula gidiş. 8.30-9.00: 1 tane 20 soruluk Türkçe paragraf testi. 9.00-16.00: Lise dersleri (Not: yağmurlu/karlı günler dışında öğle arasında test çözdüğüm gün sayısı en fazla 10 keredir) 17.00-20.20: Dershane dersleri/soru çözümleri 20.30-21.30: Eve dönüş 21.30-22.00: Yemek 22.00-23.45: Genelde Matematik/Fizik/Kimya testleri 23.45-00.15: Rastgele canım ne isterse ve yatış Bu süreçte ara tatile kadar 12. sınıfta işlenen konular dışında hiç AYT ile alakalı bir şey çözmedim. Okulda ders saatlerinde bazı öğretmenlerin soru çözmemize izin verdiği süreçlerde soru çözümü yaptım. Her gün 1 adet Türkçe Paragraf denemesi, 200 Matematik, 100 Geometri, ağırlık değişmekle birlikte 250 Fen Bilimleri minimum hedeflerine ulaşmaya çalıştım. Zaman olarak kaç saat çalıştığımı Türkçe çözdüğüm süre dışında emin olun ben de bilmiyorum. (Türkçe'de hızlanmak için süreli çözmeye çalıştığımdan) Sömestr Tatili ve Sonrası 16 gün olan tatilin ilk iki gününü çok net hatırlıyorum hiçbir şey yapmadım. İlk haftasında dershanenin kamp olarak adlandırdığı 9.00-21.00 arası sabah ders ardından soru çözümü olarak (istediğimiz saatte çıkabildiğimiz) 2 hafta geçirdim. Bu sürede genelde akşam 19.00-19.30 arası artık acıkmaya başladığım saatlerde çıktım. Bu sürede TYT adına konular neredeyse bitmiş olduğundan veya bittiğinden kitapların büyük bir çoğunluğu bitmişti. O sebeple soru çözümlerinde bulabildiğim (yayın ayrımı yapmadan) kadar deneme alıp ders denemeleri olarak çözdüm. Bu farklı denemelerin benim TYT çözme hızında en etkili olan yer olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü genelde TYT'lerde ya tam yetiştiriyordum ya da 5 dakika gibi bir süre kalıyordu ama Mart ortalarına doğru sürekli olarak 5 dakikanın üstünde zaman kalmaya başladı. Kısacası soru başı 1 dakika hedefine yaklaşmaya başladım. Sömestr tatilinden sonra 12. sınıf konuları dışında AYT çözmeye Matematik ve Fizik ile önden başladım. Lisede dersleri öğretmenlerimiz konuları olabildiğince hızlı bitirmeye çalıştılar ki bize soru çözmeye zaman kalabilsin. Özellikle Matematik konusunda Mayıs'ın ilk haftası gibi tüm konular bitti ve sınava kadar tüm Matematik dersleri soru çözümü dersi oldu. (Haftada 10 saatten fazla bir süre yapıyordu diye hatırlıyorum.) Soru sayılarımda ve saatlerinde değişiklik olmadığını hatırlıyorum. Mart bitmeden TYT kitaplarını bitirdim ve TYT adına bundan sonra sınava kadar sadece girdiğim denemeler ve yaptığım ders denemeleri ile devam ettirdim. Mayıs'a kadar Biyoloji hariç diğer elimde olan tüm AYT kitaplarını da bitirdim ve ilk hafta da Biyoloji'yi bitirdim. Bundan sonra sınava kadar sadece deneme çözdüm. Haziran'da hem kendimi rahatlatmak hem de aşırı yormamak adına son 2 hafta sadece toplamda 1 tane deneme çözdüğümü hatırlıyorum. Not: Tarih ve Coğrafya adına kendim halihazırda konulara ilgi duyduğumdan dolayı denemeler ile bilmediklerimi öğrendim diyebilirim. Herhangi bir kitap almadım. I have a toolbar app which starts everytime at the screen 1, which is not my main monitor.
It doesn't matter if I set monitor 2 (left side) as the main display.
I could screw off both monitors and switch them, but i don't want it lol.
