Knee Effusion?
Hi- 41F, 5’6, 190 lbs. non smoker, cipralex for anxiety. been having knee tightness for about a month and a half after doing a lunge while exercising and hearing a pop.
Tightness is above the kneecap and a small amount of swelling. Doctor sent me for an ultrasound and I don’t understand the pictures- if I do have effusion (or water on the knee) what is my best course of treatment? It takes a long time to get an appt with my GP to find results. and any course of action would be appreciated. I am a runner and not being able to get my weekly jogs in is doing a number on my mental health (OCD, anxiety). Can I walk? What should I do to speed recovery?

 | Please be kind before calling me a grifter. I feel my speculation is nearly DD level. Even if you don't agree, please respect that thought was put into this. Also before roasting me please note that I also make a case for DFV either having sold, or planning to sell, U. The point I'm trying to make here is that I think everything below points to DFV having some connection to U. So... firsts he tweeted the "You" cover on Dec 5th. I thought people who said it's in reference to Unity Software ($U) were grifting. Then he tweeted the Christmas Box on Dec 25th that so happened to be at the exact same angle and distance as the Unity logo (which is also a box). I was like "Just a coincidence. Yall are looking too hard for connections". Then he tweeted the "Unity" sketch on Jan 1st where he yells "Unity!" and punches Charles Murphy in the head with his "Unity ring" in celebration of his new song "Unity". At that point I posted my thoughts that there really seemed to be something there. I even said at that time I'm not fully convinced. I was kind of even looking for people to explain to me why I was wrong. I just got called a grifter so really nothing of substance. Then with the Chicago Exchange excitement in early Jan I decided to look up Unity. I found that Unity is almost always under 1% on the CHX exchange except for two dates. Unity had 17% on the CHX on June 6th, the day of the mini sneeze when RK announced his livestream and one other date: December 31st, the day before his Unity sketch post. Then be posted the Futurama tweet last night. The original clip from the show is 55 seconds. He expanded the video to be 1:01 in length. He played the same song on the video that plays in the scene, but changed the part of the song that plays.
This also could signify he has been waiting for U to do something, nothing happened, and perhaps he is going to or has sold U. The dog's eyes close (poor fella dies) at the end possibly pointing to the notion that since Jan 2nd he's been waiting for U to do something, nothing happened, and the play "died". tldr; Evidence seems to suggest he is waiting for U to do something since January 2nd. I’m planning to buy an analog Leica this year. Specifically, I’ve been looking at the M6 and M7. The M6 is even still available new, as Leica continues to produce it. However, when I look at the second-hand market, the M7 seems to be the more modern model, offering features like aperture priority.
Is there anything I should be aware of when comparing the M7 to the M6? Were there any known issues with the M7? Personally, I’ve found relatively little information about the M7, even though it is the newer model (aside from the new M6 that is currently being produced or reissued).

I was playing as hunter the other day and of course I run into 20 or so Wendy's . My issue is that when she does her little cloud thing, she starts to do the 600 ping side-shuffle and I can't hit her then she's suddenly in the sky , lacking any sort of animation. At first I thought it was me, but my ping was 40 . Is this happening to anyone else or might it be a PC thing ?
