I swear I'm not dumb, but I might just be scared to move or overcomplicating it, and I can't get ahold of a representative.
I'd like to upgrade from my S22 Ultra to the S25 Ultra. I'm on the ATT installment plan and have $216 left. I thought that Next Up let you upgrade early after 50% was paid.
On ATT's website, I click "Upgrade Early", but if I go to the end of checkout for an early upgrade when trading in, it says that my monthly charges are $39.45 for 36 months. Isn't that just the normal price, though? $39.45 x 36mo = $1,420.20, so that can't be right.
But it even shows Trade in your device to upgrade: $0. There's a promo for $1,000 credit when trading in a Samsung phone, so why would it not appear? Do I need to pay the remaining balance THEN go to upgrade? It kind of seems like that defeats the purpose, but again I may just be missing something obvious or overcomplicating it. My family health policy clearly states all routine prenatal care is covered at no charge. It also gives an example for a complete in-network pregnancy for a cost of ~$4000. This included multiple ultrasounds, hospital stay for birth, medication, etc.
Wife and I had a pregnancy ultrasound appointment and were billed $2200 out of pocket (insurance covered $400, so total bill was $2600). This was at an in-network facility.
Called UHC and made a huge deal about it, provided policy language and they reluctantly agreed to cover entire cost but said it was a "one time thing". Very stressful situation that took weeks. Their attorney admitted the language is contradictory and I have a voice mail from UHC stating this.
I have read that any contradictory language is ruled in favor of insured as the insurer has the intimate policy knowledge and it is the insurers responsibility as they are the "experts".
How can the example pregnancy in my policy be correct at ~$4000 if we are being charged $2200 out of pocket for ultrasounds when there are multiple?
Do I need to hire an outside attorney to get UHC to give me the coverage I am paying for or is there somewhere else I can escalate this?

I am 20 living in India. From early on I had masturbation addiction but things were fine but it took rock bottom when I got distracted from my studies. I am in so much pain but I can't share with anyone. I feel like crying but tears don't come. I was never good in studies but atleast I was average but now I feel I am zero, things just don't go inside my brain. I fear people, I fear saying no to anyone. Every small thing ruins my whole day. I am so much in pain. Hope life gets okay. I am addicted to phone and overthinking. I am just going down.

I take 25mg agomelatine and 2mg prazosin every night, I have been trying to cut back on alcohol (2-3 times a week) but on days/nights I do drink I usually take 5-10mg of diazepam the next day to help manage the anxiety that comes with drinking. I had 5 cocktails tonight and I have a busy day tomorrow so I don’t think I’ll be able to take the diazepam in the morning as I usually would. Is it okay to take the diazepam with my agomelatine and prazosin tonight? My last drink was an hour ago.

Driving around Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the last month, I've seen some really cool looking retro and vintage Nissan Patrols. They have a modern edge but still retain that very cool old style. A couple even have matching external water containers. There is a large variety, and no two really look the same.
I'm curious if there was a recent re-release, or have they emerged from hibernation for the winter? They have really striking color schemes, with blue and red shades that are very catchy. Apologies for not having images, but for further description, they're a bit narrower towards the roof than the modern box styles. Of course, the modern styles are still very appealing.
Wondering about the history and trend. Have they recently become popular, or maybe I've only just clued into them?
