so i was watching my buddy play escape from tarkov and he said he would periodically stutter I assume drop fps and he says it happens on every game hes got a better pc than me i'm pretty sure like he has a 4080 ti like a ryzen 7 with 64 gb 6000 mhz ddr4 ram i'm pretty sure he said last night he was able to fix the stuttering by limiting the fps in tarkov to 60 fps while in "raid" his drivers are all up to date I at least knew to check that part

I had to split my SSD in half to install Windows 11, and make the partition I’d install on NTFS, now I want to merge both partitions back to get the full storage, but I’m not sure if I can move the partitions around, because Windows made two small partitions in between, and I’m a little hesitant to delete them. I’m not sure if I would just have to reinstall, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
