Hallo zusammen, ich bin neugierig was ihr denkt.
Ich Arbeite in einer Werkstatt wir sind nur 5Mann in unserem Betrieb. Und 2 Kollegen von mir sind regelrechte ....lampen was Ordnung angeht.
Ich halte es sehr gerne so das alles seinen Platz hat und vorallem das Werkzeug und die Sachen soweit sauber sind. Das man sie anfassen kann ohne gleich dreckige Hände davon zu bekommen. Aus diesen Gründen rege ich mich allerdings mal mehr mal weniger aber so gut wie täglich auf. Weil die Ölkanne total verölt ist, oder der Ölablassbehälter mal wieder überfüllt mit Ölfiltern ist. Oder weil meine Nüsse nicht richtig wieder zurück gelegt wurden.
Übertreibe ich dabei? Oder habe ich recht?
Was dazu noch nachtragen möchte, jegliche Versuche es den beiden zu erklären brachte bislang allerdings null Erfolg.

It's wild to me that Snow Lion was sold to Shambhala and Padmakara Translation Group publishes some of the best translations out there through Shambhala Publications, but the organization behind Shambhala Publications is seen in such a poor light now.
Would you insiders / ex-Shambhala students say that the published material has always been a high standard, but the leaders simply didn't live up to the standards published in the publications and translated material? Or do you believe there are examples of their publications which are not authentic dharma?
I remember Snow Lion's announcement saying their group would still remain independent under the Shambhala Publications label and I'm sure Padmakara Translation Group functions independently as well and could probably take their translations to any label at this point since they are so well respected. But, I don't know much about the rest of Shambhala Publications.

Obviously we all know that Lt. Columbo was a brilliant detective. He solved case after case and had the highest clear up rate in the history of the LAPD. The question is why wasn’t he promoted?
One reason is he was already a Lieutenant so he was pretty high up the ladder. Promotion would have meant a desk job and that was never going to float the Lieutenant’s boat. However, I think the real reason he wasn’t promoted was because he would have been made a Captain and that would have made him Captain Columbo! I’m getting horrible images of Peter Falk crashing through doors shouting “Da da da da da da, it’s Captain Columbo!” He would have had to replace his crumpled Mac with a cape.

I am happy with my partner (my brain is denying this as I type) and there are major life changes happening soon. My brain is telling me I’m going to leave him for someone else. This person is someone who I do not want or feel any attraction to yet my brain is like what if they’re better for you. The thought of leaving my partner for them makes me so nauseous. The thoughts feel so real. I feel unmotivated to do anything all I want to do is lie in bed. I can’t even look at my partner or be near him because the thoughts are telling me I don’t love him. I will be honest I have thought of other people while with him and these thoughts did not bother me. This was at a time where I was in a rough patch with my paneer and wanted other attention. Now that I realized I want to be with my partner and finally move in together and have a life, for some reason because the person my brain focuses on terrifies me because of their personality and mindset, I cannot shake these thoughts. I don’t want to be with them at all and my brain taunts me saying I will be with them and I always protest in my mind back. I really don’t want to leave my partner or be with this person and even now my brain is like you’re going to look back on this post and laugh and realize your thoughts were true and not a big deal and you won’t be with your partner. I don’t know why this disorder always has to take everything I care about away and replace it with themes that terrify the living hell out of me

I have lost 68lbs total since March of 24 and am very close to my goal weight (Which was a minimum healthy BMI for my height) My doctor wants to see me in February and from the ques she’s been giving I expect her to try to start weaning me off. I’m nervous because last month when my (12.5)script was late I took a 10mg pen that I had left over and I actually gained. I think we need a resource list of providers that will prescribe maintenance doses when our doctors fail is. I know this sub is fairly quiet right now, but as Zepbound has been around about a year now I expect more and more people to be looking ahead to maintaining and this is something we really are going to need. I’m not going back and ready and willing to go gray if I need to, but I also know there are probably solutions to getting a script from a provider that better understands maintenance.
